   WOW! That’s the best way I can put my experience into one word… Never in my life have I ever tasted steak this amazing, and i’ve tried many steakhouses. First steak I had was a rump steak, kinda hesitant to try since I’ve never enjoyed steak and I really don’t like fatty meat.. BUT WOW, the flavour, tenderness, everything melting in my mouth and a HUGE burst of flavour! And don't get me started with the grilled pineapple! Literally to die for, whoever thought of that deserves a Nobel prize, since they hand them out like candy these days this is deserving. Staff was FAST, dancers were BEAUTIFUL, they even interacted with a few dinner guest to bring them up to dance with them. Drinks were out of this world, all the rest of the food was top quality. 10/10 would spend money here again!

   Great service, really fun place, meat was a bit too salty, salad bar was great, could of had a better wine selection by the glass. Overall we have a great experience

   Should put a sign to wait for tables to be announced if you have a reservation. Avoids confusion! Everything else perfect!

   Our server was excellent. The meats were tasty but some were overcooked. Not all meat options came around, didn’t get to try the lamb. The buffet was delicious with a good variety of choices.

   BEST MEAL EVER! The food was divine! Matt our server was kind, courteous, and efficient. The Gaucho's were very attentive. If you were waiting for a particular meat, they made sure it came out. 3 pieces of advice. 1) GET THE PINEAPPLE, 2) Try the pineapple with the sausage together. 3) ONLY USE THE BUFFET FOR SIDE DISHES. Best dining experience EVER!

   If it wasn’t for our waiter the evening would have been a complete disaster! Food was awful! Greasy, way too salty to the point of not edible, meat was grizzly. Restaurant came highly recommended but that recommendation ends with me! Would never recommend to anyone. The only thing enjoyable about the experience was my glass of wine and our waiter. Add the cost of the experience I was a pricy way to give anyone an upset stomach and indigestion!

   The best part of our meal was the staff. Everyone was very pleasant and helpful. We enjoyed our meal immensely.

   I e been to Brasa several times, and always found it excellent. However, on this visit, there were a couple of negatives. For some reason all the pieces of beef it got were fatty. Like inedible, can’t cut through it with a knife fatty. My son, who was with me had no such issues and loved it, but mine was definitely not as good as previous visits. Also, there was a group videoing/filming the buffet bar. Like, having multiple people waiting to get their food, while they filmed. I can see this being necessary, sometimes, but at 5pm on the night of a big show, seems poorly thought out. Having said all that, our server, Jamie, was fantastic. Helpful without being in our faces, pleasant and great to work with. I will come back, but this visit was disappointing.

    The food was VERY well seasoned, the grilled pineapple was INSANELY juicy and sweet... so good. As long as your disk is showing green, the food is non stop..I would definitely go again
