Following a "centuries-old" tradition of cooking on an open fire, diners can experience endless cuts of succulent beef, pork, lamb, and chicken carved tableside in the style of authentic Brazilian gauchos. A two-sided disk is used by diners to signal when they’re ready for these sizzling skewers: green means "More, please!" and red means "I've had enough, for now." Eat as much as you want and at your own pace.

    Food at brasa is not what it used to be. Salad bar is great. Meat selection is not. Very fatty steaks. Oversalted. Chicken is overseasond. Salty. Too expensive for the value.

    First time at this steakhouse which is similar to a Texas de Brazil. “Salad bar” far superior with many seafood hot dishes. The meats served by the gauchos not quite as good as TdB - some overdone or fatty- the cuts served medium rare were perfect and well seasoned.

    We have been to many steak houses like this and overall they are really good. You get good quality for the price. However, here the food had zero flavor and nothing was worth eating. The steak had no flavor and we had to put salt on everything, including buffet items. The ONLY good item was the molten cake. I would skip this place.

    We went to the restaurant for our anniversary. The service and atmosphere were fantastic as well as the food. So many options and all delicious. They even gave us a piece of cake for our anniversary.

    We celebrated our son’s 30th birthday and came here for the exceptional quality of meats and the wonderful atmosphere. Our service was excellent as well. Will be back!

    To celebrate a special anniversary dinner, where else but Brasa! Food was wonderful especially the more well done meat I like. Favourite is the grilled pineapple. Waiters and servers were friendly and knowledgeable. Conveniently located in the Hilton Fallsview Hotel. Fantastic experience!
