   Wonderful brunch and lunch. Very relaxing and reasonably priced. Spoon bread was a real treat. A real pleasure.

   The lobby and dining room are elegant. The server was very friendly, but inexperienced. He didn't offer specials, didn't clear the table between courses, and forgot drinks. All food was a little disappointing and some tasted microwaved. Salad dressings are lovely, Wilderness Road burger was ok

   Love this historic Kentucky place to eat. Usually bring visitors to Kentucky here. This place never disappoints.

    Charming atmosphere, but both food & service was poor. Wonderful spoon bread. Salmon was overcooked. Vegetarian dish was mostly carbs topped with a very small amount of vegetables, looking like a heavy garnish. Server was consistently slow at checking on us, including not checking on us for 10-15 minutes after serving the entrees despite an uncrowded dining room. Second time we have felt this did not meet the expectations for what we assume is one of the finer dining locations in town.
