   90% of the meat that was served was overcooked. It didn't matter if it was beef, chicken, pork or sausages, it was chewy. The staff was very good and brought a piece of cake for a birthday at our table.

   We were able to sample a few wines that are being rotated in to their menu - what ever the new house wine was it was awful ( pretty certain the bottle either was heated or open for too long - it was like cooking vinegar). Go with the cab sav - AMAZING!! Also they mentioned they were considering switching out the lava cake for brownies and ice cream. We tried it and truthfully it’s not a brownie at all. Maybe it wasn’t cooked long enough.. not sure. But it was also not on the mark. Aside from those 2 new items everything was freaking delicious!!!! We don’t eat seafood or pork and they were great about that. The lamb is Delicious ps. Our server was great and so were the gauchos. I would go back in a heart beat! And totally recommend this as a birthday dinner or Anniversary ! Loved it!!!!!!

   Our server Ryan was great! He has a fun personality and was very attentive. The food was fantastic!

   We had a reservation for 930pm the salad bar was pretty picked over it looked like there would have been a good selection to choose from but unfortunately it was pretty empty the food they have in the "hot" serving station, was also picked over and the food was Maybe room temperature, definitely not fresh. The service from the meat cutting staff was fantastic! All the meat brought around by weight staff was all delicious fresh and hot!

   All staff were very friendly and accommodating! Great atmosphere and neat experience! Will be back!

   Great food! But lacking in ambience, really recommend playing Brazilian music to make it more authentic and maybe Brazilian dancers too

    Great food polite staff who went over and above. We will be making this a regular on where a go out to eat. Great value!
