   Meat cuts were super thinly sliced always given very raw meats. Was charged gratuity for a table booked for 7 even though I added on the comment section that the 7th person was an infant (in a car seat)! and our 6th guest never came. Only thing Overall first unsatisfied experience at bolero. The meat cutters were definitely brand new staff and you could tell.

   My partner and I went on our anniversary to Bolero and it was both our first time there. First I’d like to say that I am Brazilian and have been going to churrascarias since I was little. The staff at Bolero was more than exceptional there and despite the fact that they were not Brazilian, they captured the Brazilian spirit and made me feel like I was back home. The food was perfectly seasoned and even though the meat cuts and ingredients are not made in Brazil the taste was excellent! I would most certainly return and recommend that anyone seeking a “Brazilian experience” to go there as well! From the Feijoada to the Picanha, they have done it right. It’s noteworthy to say that they did not cheap out on meats and I was served constantly and to my satisfaction. Which I can say that other Brazilian steakhouses have not done. Overall we had a great experience, my partner and I. Not only because of the food but also because of the staff! P.s. try the caramelized pineapple with cinnamon.

   We had an amazing time at bolero’s. We were celebrating 3 birthdays. The food was Delicious and the service from are waiter Connor was fantastic. I most definitely would recommend bolero to family and friends. Especially those who haven’t been to the restaurant you won’t be disappointed.

    Bolero is our go-to for Birthdays and special occasions/events. Bolero never disappoints and today was no exception. From the Host to our server Maddy, the waiters and all the rest of the staff who came around with the different offerings, absolutely amazing! If you've never gone to Bolero, you gotta go! It's an utterly incredible dining experience. Cheers!
