   We really enjoyed our food, and the staff was helpful with our request for a quiet area because of two seniors in our party. Our waiter was terrific. I can’t remember his name, but he’s from Austin. Blue Agave lives up to its reputation!

   We look forward to tasty margaritas and delicious tortilla soup. And all of the staff from the front door to the kitchen make Blue Agave one of our favorite restaurants!

   This one of my favorite places in Ft Collins, but on Friday they underperformed. Busy? sure, but the service was slow and inattentive. I didn't get my chowder until I had to ask, after the main entrees; 3 of 4 entrees were overcooked, hard and dry. Disappointing.

   We love New/Mexican cuisine and Blue Agave’s carnitas are the best I have ever had. Guacamole was also terrific. We will definitely be back!

   Typically it is a decent time but tonight it was exceptionally noisy, the mango fish tacos were way too spicy - or at least they were inconsistently spiced, and overall we wanted to leave. The special drink was also sub par - too much orange juice.

   Traveling through the area and stopped by Blue Agave for lunch. The food was excellent, creative and fresh. My server was perfect. Highly recommended

   We’ve eaten here several times and we enjoy eating here, but a couple of minor annoyances last night. I finished my margarita before the server brought us our water. Hmm. Should have brought out the water before we ordered anything. And my food wasn’t hot. It was marginally warm. It was almost to the point of sending it back but I probably would have had to wait 10 minutes for our server to return, so I did not.

   Mexican iinspired entrees that are a step up from ordinary. My husband and I shared the pork carnitas appetizer which consisted of 3 street tacos. So good! The flavors were bold and the jalapeño tortilla added another layer of deliciousness that you don’t normally have in tacos. I had the chicken with lime along with black beans and a small salad side dish and rice. All were delicious. The Blue Agave Margarita was fantastic! So good. Our server was outstanding and very knowledgeable about the menu. Definitely will be back.
