Fans of nose-to-tail cooking rejoice! Restaurant industry lovers, mark your calendars! Anglophiles, hang on to your Union Jacks! From March 7-22, legendary London restaurant St. John is touching down in downtown Brooklyn for a two-week residency at the Ace Hotel’s restaurant, As You Are.

For those who might be less familiar, the MICHELIN-starred restaurant (and winner of practically every other award) run by Fergus Henderson and Trevor Gulliver redefined Britishcooking and reintroduced the restaurant world to the glories of lesser-used cuts of meat. That was in 1994—fast forward to today, and the flagship restaurant is still perpetually packed, with an order of the signature roasted bone marrow dish on every table (you have St. John to thank for that trend!).

You have two weeks to see what all the fuss is about. Diners will be able to choose from an a la carte menu of St. John signatures such as baked quail eggs or ox cheek and pickled walnut pie, or order a tasting menu of favorites.

As You Are is a bakery, restaurant, and bar located inside the Ace Hotel in Downtown Brooklyn that regularly hosts community events such as talks on food history, cooking demos, and more.
