At Italian neighborhood gem L’Oca d’Oro in Austin, owners Fiore Tedesco and Adam Orman put their kitchen to work feeding millions of meals to the city’s food insecure, and when the historic Texas winter storm struck, they kept the food flowing. Now, they’re on the rebound as they ready for reopening with a new outdoor dining parklet.
