It’s a milestone moment in the restaurant awards season: The James Beard finalists have just been announced for 2025. The Oscars of the food world recognize the best chefs, restaurateurs, beverage professionals, and more working around the country right now. This is the whittled-down list of semifinalists that were announced in January.
