   Pretty decent experience, I asked for a dirty martini and received it dry. Sigh! Otherwise ok

   We had a good time and great service while visiting Black Angus. It is unfortunate that there aren't more out there. Their food was really good!

   I was looking forward to dining, since not been in a while. Location was empty for the weekend, which should have been an indication. My party of 4 was seated in a small area with others around to appear to be busy. Our order was taken, upon seating our table was dirty and wet from drinks from previous guests. I ordered the Rib Eye with Roasted Garlic & Herb Butter ; medium rare, and it was overcooked( WELL DONE) and a poor cut. In my opinion for a steak house, the steaks should be cook to perfection and cooked to how customer requested and should be a higher quality cuts for the price. My steak was remade and was better but had no Roasted Garlic & Herb Butter on top, which is an additional charge, plus quality of cut was not any better. The Cut of steak was so thin I do not believe it was not even a 1/4 " thick. Now for the sides. I order the mac & cheese which was surprisingly good. But the Au Gratin Potatoes were not edible. They were oily, mushy and bland. They looked like they were reheated from a previous day and just were not fresh. Overall, my experience was just not good. There are plenty of other options to go to and this place is not one I think I will be back to anytime soon. I believe in quality and you get what you pay for, but for $200, Black Angus will definitely not be an option for me.

   Had a great time here with the hubby. My only complaints were the brought my husband’s food out way before mine. He was done by the time i got mine. The asparagus had hard ends left on and they served a dinner meal on an appetizer plate. I had to ask for a bigger plate so I could cut my steak. Food and drinks were good.

   It’s such a shame st how run down the place is. The drinks were terrible and the food was mediocre. Service was somewhat okay but not up to par.

   Valdivino was an excellent server. Very patient and friendly. Place was exceptionally clean. It was a great experience!

   Food was good, service was great and drinks where strong. Campfire feast dinner for 2 is a good deal with a lot of food!

   The server was outstanding. I don't think their soup was made fresh, on-site. It was more like canned soup, which was disappointing. The steak had a greasy taste, though it wasn't a fatty pc of meat(?). I'd suggest scraping the grill before cooking each steak. They toasted the bread, which dried it out. That kind of bread is best untoasted or not thrown in an oven. The reviews I read online were so positive. So, I don't know what went wrong.

    I was nice to have all my adult children with me at Black Agnus and have dinner together. Upon arriving to our 7 pm reservation, there was no one at the hostess desk for at least 10-12 minutes. Even though she apologized, it seemed unreasonable. Once seated, our server appeared bothered and not happy. She did not care to ask how we were doing or bothered to offer any specials. We felt ghosted and had the bus boy refill our drinks. The only thing she pointed out was that our receipt had the tip percentages. Dinner was pleasant, but our service was poor. We regrated not going to Clearman's North Woods Inn.
