   Ashley is THE. BEST. SERVER. EVER. She is the reason we return again and again. We compare every other server to her. She is efficient, considerate (I’ve got terrible dietary needs), and remembers I like my water without ice. Legitimately makes the bar SO high for all other servers!

   The food was cold when we first got it. And my baked potatoe was never hot. So i said forget about it and ate it.

   Great place to eat. Only issue was my steak was well done and I ordered it medium well. Did not complained, ate it that way.

   AS USUAL, THE EXPERIENCE AT BLACK ANGUS STEAKHOUSE IN LANCASTER, CA WAS EXCEPTIONAL. THE FOOD WAS DELICIOUS, INCLUDING THE TWIN LOBSTER TAILS WHICH WERE EXCEPTIONAL. MY CRISPY SHRIMP WERE PERFECTLY PREPARED AND WERE COMPLIMENTED BY THE ALWAYS GREAT AU GRATIN POTATOES. IT REALLY IS THE FINEST RESTAURANT IN THE ANTELOPE VALLEY. A SPECIAL THANKS NEEDS TO GO OUT TO ASHLEY WHO MADE MY BIRTHDAY SO SPECIAL; SHE IS AN EXCEPTIONALLY FANTASTIC STAFF MEMBER SERVING CUSTOMERS AND BLACK ANGUS SHOULD BE SO PROUD SHE IS ON THEIR TEAM

   My daughter asked for medium rare and was given a rare steak. Except for that, the food, drinks and service were great

    The front desk was a mess. We arrived early for our reservation and still had to wait 40 mins. Everytime I would ask how much longer they just kept giving excuses that it would only be 15 to 20 mins more for the wait but they kept sitting people ahead of us . Worst customer service. They need to be more organized because this isn't the first time this happened.
