   It seems as if someone mentions in their reservation it is a special occasion and says there is a Bride and Groom involved that something could be acknowledged. I don’t think our server was told about our notes for our reservation at all. He didn’t know about the shellfish allergies either. Do better. We won’t be coming back if it’s a special occasion. No special items were even offered when we SAID IT WAS A CELEBRATION DINNER! :(

   Had lunch with my daughter today, from start to finish everything was great. The new calamari strips are amazing!! Aubrey gave phenomenal service. Love Black Angus, they never disappoint.

   Our server was great, the kitchen was slow and the food came out cold. Restaurant wasn’t busy, we came in at 8:45 and our server said we should not come in that late because this is the service you get from the kitchen completely unacceptable.

   I used to love this place. I don’t understand what happened! We weren’t offered bread, while the tables around us had several loaves. My wife ordered a breaded chicken sandwich and was asked if she wanted it medium or well done??? When the sandwich arrived it was entirely the wrong sandwich. My steak was totally unseasoned and super thin. My potato didn’t even have the usual salt and butter crust. When we asked about the sandwich, the server brought out sauce. It was supposed to be a breaded buffalo chicken sandwich with chipotle mayo and cheese. Instead it was a thin grilled chicken patty with guacamole. Couldn't get any refills on drinks. We weren’t offered bread not offered any sort of discount for the wrong entree being delivered. It took several tries to get the server to listen long enough for me to show her I had a rewards account…. And then another try to get her to apply my reward! I think i’m done with them. Used to be my favorite place.

    Meal was excellent. Good potions, great flavors. We had the Campfire Feast which includes an appetizer, 2 entrees, 4 sidekicks (2 each) and dessert to share. Great service
