   My husband and I have always loved Black Angus restaurant. We moved recently from the LA area to Oceanside and looked for a Black Angus near us. The only one that we could find was in Escondido so we went there for our anniversary dinner. It was just what we had remembered Like the one that was in LA. Area. We got the two dinner special, which included an appetizer, your main course with two sides and dessert shareable for $69. We both got the New York steak and ordered it cooked the way we liked it and it came out absolutely wonderful. We will definitely go back there. Everything is very reasonably priced. They have a happy hour also from 3 to 6 PM. not sure if it’s every day or just Monday through Friday. Thank you, Black Angus for having a wonderful menu.

   Consistently good food - simple and not over the top. Decent meats salads and sides. Good drink menu. You know what you are going to get. No surprises.

   First time in 2 years eating there. After 3 horrible experiences with dine in decided to go take out. Last 4 orders were incorrect! Saw the new brunch menu and decided to give it another try since we were in the area. Wow what a big difference! Salma was our server and she was excellent. Didn’t have to ask for anything she had her “A” game going on! New food menu was delicious but didn’t have some items available. So we’re going back to try the rest of the menu and hopefully Salma is there to serve us.

   The food is excellent but the service is poor and the waiter must be new. The food takes hour and half. Not just my table, the table behind me complaining the same, so does the table across Lastly the way to order is confusing, we order the special Porterhouse table for $35, but the waiter brought a side of shrimp costing $7 extra. This marketing strategy is dis- genuine and misleading

   I placed a order for a birthday dinner it was not at all prepared as the celebration package was told. I was very upset since we expected something more from this package.

   Nice quiet booth. Made it easy to talk without side noise.everybody was kind at very attentive. Everyone was quick to respond to all requests.

   Waffle House quality mis-steaks.....had 2 different cuts....could not believe what low end high price food they are offering....now the wedge was delicious

   A couple of days ago, Thursday, I had dinner at the Escondido Black Angus with a couple of friends. They had the crispy shrimp and a chicken Caesar salad with the grilled chicken strips. I decided to try something different and ordered the grilled shrimp. It comes with rice pilaf and 2 sides. It was absolutely delicious! But the best part was the 6 Star Service! Our server, Melanie, was better than the 5 Star Michelin restaurants, she is absolutely 6 Stars hands down and made our whole dining experience just perfect in every way. Wow. You can be sure we will be back soon! Thank you so much for a superb experience!

    Last Thursday we had the most delicious dinner at the Escondido Black Angus. We enjoyed the Campfire Feast and it sure is,! It’s for 2 people to share the appetizer and dessert but, in between you each pick your favorite entre and 2 sides from a great list of choices! It was a wonderful experience in dining out. I can’t recommend it enough. Join the Rewards program and save some money too. Can’t wait to go back.
