   Very good service & food - however I had to present waitress & her mgr that the Steak & Lobster Trio for $25.99 was still the rate not $29.99.

   Tried to shrimp appetizer this time - don't. Overcooked, not tasty, very poor quality overall. However had the 12 oz prime rib and it was excellent. Do NOT ask for the cream horseradish, it's not cream, it's water. Couldn't eat it. Trying to get a different horseradish was basically impossible as we never saw our waitress until after we were finished eating. Waitress was very personable, problem is, she was never around to wait on us. Terrible service. This is the second time we have gone there and it was nothing like the first time. This trip was very disappointing.

   Upon arrival not the best first impression by seating us at a terrible table but the service made up for it. The food was good as usual….good.

   We took advantage of their Black Angus Birthday Special where they had the Steak, Lobster & Shrimp for only $19.64. You can’t beat that price and everything in the entree was excellent. Service was excellent.

   We ‘celebrated’ with the birthday special meal. The steak was done as we requested, and delicious as always. The service was so-so but good. We always enjoy our dinners at Black Angus.

    The food and service was excellent. We haven’t been there in years and we’re pleasantly surprised we went to the one in Chandler .
