   We are regular customers of Black Angus and are very familiar with the food. The prime rib was tough for a medium cut of meat. Also there was to much rub on the prime rib. And they were out of green beans

   Waited 20 minutes had to go to front desk to get someone to take order, after that 25 minutes to get food very small portions , 2 add on lobster tails we’re the size of shrimp not worth the cost of $22 more no taste, chicken was ok , kids meal was like a microwave meal, sodas flat , etc Not like it was a few months back, main maître i think was very rude giving dirty looks kept walking by saying nothing even though she could tell we needed refills and dirty dishes removed, wont be going back anytime soon

   I tried the half rack of ribs ad it was very fatty. I wish there was more meat. The wife’s and son’s filet was good.

   Just ok. Server got two out of three orders wrong. Busboy was throwing bread dishes on empty tables like they were frisbees. Guess he wanted to see how many spins he could get going on the dish. Wonder what his record is.

   Asked about my Birthday when server greeted us then forgot all about it. Had to stop manager to refill drinks. Servers and Managers passed table multiple times never pre bussing or offering to refill empty drink. Food was great but service needs extreme help.

    My sister and I were there to celebrate her birthday! The service was great and the food was great!! A wonderful experience all around!
