   Very, very, very disappointed…. Why??? It wasn’t Bites!!! It was a different restaurant with a different menu!!! No notification that it was a different restaurant… I should have been notified by OPEN TABLE!!! Or The Ritz… Not a happy camper…will not be going back!!

   Everything was very good but we were disappointed in the menu. Having experienced the "Bites" menu over the years we we disappointed at the new menu.

   Why is this called Bites? It was a dinner menu and high prices on everything. We expected a standup kind of appetizer grazing situation if it is called Bites. Service very slow. Took over 20 minutes to get a cocktail.

   Bites is under renovation. Open table did not mention that. When we arrived, we were told the menu was from the Italian restaurant in the hotel. The food was delicious though we were disappointed it was not what we had signed up for.
