   I love the food and atmosphere. Make reservations and bring a group of people so you don't have to wait for them to fill table. Good for birthdays

   Sadly a bad experience. Air was very cold. Two people In our party had to wait in lobby to warm up. Waited over an hour to be seated and additional for food. Overpriced compared to similar. Complained to manager but got no response.

   We had a 7 pm reservation. No chef came to our table. We waited 1 hour then left.

   This was a celebration for my son's birthday. My family and I have been coming to Bisuteki for years. We had the whole family, including my granddaughters (2 and 1!) the staff, especially our cook was great with the girls. Food is always good. A real treat for the whole family

   the food was good but it was not as fun as I remember, I have been before. other places that do this make it fun. the chef normally is more entertaining and interactive. I was a little disappointed. the bar had no stools, we had to give up our seat for another customer. we wanted a drink before dinner. the bartender had no martini glasses. I went for my birthday and just wanted it to be better.

   Total bust. Traveled 10 miles to this place, only to find that 1. Only had hibachi 2. Didn’t have our Opentable res. 3. Told us to sit in bar and then they would “Get to us when they could” No sushi bar, place looked scattered, and not inviting. We left. Thought this establishment was totally misrepresented on Opentable. Traveled 10 mi. Back to find something more accommodating. First time Opentable did us wrong. Use it a lot when traveling and at home.

   Had a reservation, got seated late....soup and salad came out at the same time...Waiter rushed to take them both away....waited 45 minutes for the chef to come out.....he was fine, food was fine....i only was drinking soda, took 1 hour to get a refill....wasnt told it would cost money for a fountain soda to cost money.....gave no tip(first time I have ever done this, usually a 20% guy) because I was frustrated from start to finish from the meal...waiter chased me down calling me crazy names when it was his service that was at fault.....I have been many times, but will never go back

   First don’t book on Open Table. I called the restaurant to change my reservation to more people and a later time and they didn’t have my name at all. The food was good and service too. Chef was kind to my active group of girls there for a Birthday celebration. Would go back. Did not feel rushed. Drinks were good.

    We waited over an hour past our reservation time for a cook and had empty drinks (water and cocktails) during most of that time. There was a large party (2 hibachi grills) that appeared to be affiliated with the restaurant or hotel (2 members of the party entered the kitchen at separate times) that took up the only two cooks and 2 servers for the restaurant. We had already been seated for 30-45 mins before they sent the cooks to those tables, leaving us to wait another nearly 45 minutes to get a cook. We have been going to this restaurant since we were children and this was very disappointing. While we were compensated with a discount, we will likely not return to this restaurant, especially for a special occasion or while headed to the airport as it was very stressful and frustrating.
