Service was wonderful. We sat inside at table along wall and sat by the window. Service was wonderful. Drinks were hot and bit skimpy. The nut and berry salad was excellent. They serve rolls and butter that came out warm. All four of us had different entrees and they were all very good! Love the ambience.

I enjoyed my penne vodka dish but my friend had the lemon sole and it had a very strong taste that ruined the fish. The cheesecake dessert was wonderful. In general one expects expensive cost in Naples but the menu was a bit misleading - seemed the 2 or 3 option special meant 2 or 3 people could share 2 or 3 dishes, but the cost was per person.

Great table outside. Miso Chilean sea bass was great as was the snapper. We would definitely recommend. ⭐️

Scott, our waiter, was great, funny, efficient, knew the menu and was concise when we asked his opinion among menu selections. Hostess, delightful. When the bar became louder (even though we didn’t notice), she offered to move us to another table. We declined but truly appreciated her forward-thinking! We love Bistro 821 and frequent it often, especially when friends are visiting. The sea bass is out of this world! My husband order the special and it was good, but not spectacular. Cosmo was weak and scant. As previously said, we WILL be back! Thanks for a wonderful dining experience!

Very good food. Our waiter was attentive. Would have liked to sit outside but they gave the table to a walk vs a reservation holder. I would still go back.
