Lobster tail always cooked to perfection. Sole flakey and not dry. Steak perfect temperature and scallops wonderful. Salads crisp and plentiful. It can be quite loud inside when full but worth the noise. Waiter was there when needed and hostess is delightful and accommodating. The many reasons we return often.

As always the food was excellent. Service was also very good. We continue to enjoy Bistro 821 and will return. My only complaint is that we were seated near the front so servers were constantly going by (which wasn’t ideal) and we heard every conversation at the check-in. This made it really difficult to have any conversation ourselves. I wish we had been seated away from the main traffic and the reception. I would just encourage the host and servers to be more cognizant of those close by.

Food and service were really good. Was disappointed they didn’t honor happy hour when the website says happy hour everyday 3-6.

My favorite on 5th. And Rob was terrific. Wonderful food and service on a beautiful evening in downtown Naples.

We have went to this restaurant many times. It has always been a pleasant experience. There were 2 couples in our group. Our waiter was initially attentive and pleasant, but never checked back if we wanted another drink. Our food was very good, except for one guest. He had pot roast and felt it was tough. He only ate a few bites. Since our waiter never came back or asked how our meal was, he was unable to tell anyone until everyone was finished. The Manager stopped by the table and asked how our meals were. Our friend told him he was not able to eat his meal because it was tough. He said he would tell the chef. There was no adjustment to the bill, no offer of dessert or something to eat. It was embarrassing since we had recommended this restaurant.

The sea bass and seafood risotto were beyond incredible! Best meal we’ve had all week!! Highly recommend!!
