   Service was ok. Food was quite good but hard to rate great…was near great. The meat and seafood seemed fresh and well cooked. Highly recommend but the whole experience seemed less high end (for the price) than it used to be. Overall the restaurant did not feel as clean as it used to (the bathrooms were awful and when I told the receptionist that they needed attention, she seemed to care less). There were weird “fixes” all around from a maintenance standpoint and overall there did not seem to be enough help or attention to the needs of the business. I hope they can figure it all out and stay in business. It was really crowded and they were very busy so the revenue seems to be there. Hopefully it is being reinvested appropriately back into running the business well!! Good establishment, hope to see them succeed, needs to look at the maintenance and the service help (not the chef’s…they seem great). Food tasty.

   Been there multiple times, including with kids. This time, the chef went super fast not allowing us time to enjoy the freshly cooked food. There was no show for the kids, he barely lit up the onions and quickly stopped it. We were left having to finish up quickly as they were cleaning the table and setting up for the next party. I ordered the trio and while I was still starting the chicken, there was already shrimp and meet on my plate. The vegetables were barely seasoned and cooked. The steak also had no salt. I have never been served that quick there. Also no desserts were offered.

   The table was ready when requested, the server Jake, was patient with our three grandsons and Aurelio, our cook, really entertained them. Food was solid and it was a great meal experience.

   We came to Benihana to celebrate my daughter’s birthday and were really looking forward to a fun night—but unfortunately, the experience didn’t meet expectations. Even though we had a reservation, we still had to wait about 20 minutes just to be seated. Once at the table, we waited another 45 minutes before the chef finally arrived, so we didn’t even start eating until much later than expected. With hungry kids and a birthday to celebrate, it definitely took away from the evening. To be fair, the food was good, as always—but the service and long wait times made the night feel more stressful than special. We’ve had better experiences at other locations.

   My friend has food allergies and your staff was very accommodating and conscious of what products she couldn’t eat. We were very happy she could eat her whole meal.

   Antonio was our cook and he was definitely the best cook & entertainer I’ve ever had at Benihana, a good time was had by all. A shout out to Brian our server as well he was very attentive 👍

   Always used to enjoy Benihana for all my families and my birthday celebrations. Lately, when we go, it seems more busy then they can handle, long waits, then rushed expierence. Now no photos even with a birthday? Sad but maybe time to find a new place for birthday celebrations.
