   The food, the customer service, and the overall ambience was awesome. I really enjoyed it. This location is by far the best one in Houston. Chris was our waiter and he did an awesome job.

   Waited an Hour and 15 minutes for food to come out cold. Server was non existent. Forgot salads, rice and soups. Then another 40 minutes for food to be recooked. Still came out wrong. Ordered 6 course meals, never got apps, never got desert, barely got refills. Ended up being there over 2.5 hours and we didn’t even eat at the hibachi table. Worst dining experience in a very long time. We will be taking this place off of our list of places to eat.

   We had a table of 10 friends at Benihana‘s. We were treated really well by the support staff. The waiter and the cook were exceptional. It was a great night.

    We waited for an hour past our reservation time to be seated with small children and a woman who we told to the hostesses needed to be home a by a certain time for a medical shot. I do not understand what the point of a reservation is if we have to wait for an hour to be seated. We were very disappointed and the hostesses just kept telling us that you’re not the ones to take the reservations and there were many tables in front of us.
