   Our server was extremely rude and slow. The manager however was amazing made up for it and the chef was amazing as well.

   Our reservation was for 11:30 am but we did not get much service from Jenna. She got our drinks and food order. She seemed very disoriented and took a long time to get salads and soup which did not come out until 12:20 pm. She was gone for long periods of time and I had to ask the front desk when we were going to get served. Our chef was good and the food was good. We were seated right near the swinging door to the kitchen which was very distracting. Make a reservation elsewhere. Also be careful of any reviews; Jenna asked us at the table to give her and the Chef a 5 star review in order to get $10.00 off per guest on our bill. Not only is this rude but she did not deserve a five star review. My daughter was the only one to do a review on her phone at the table. Jenna proceeded to give the $10.00 discount to the wrong bill. The rest of my party elected not to do a review even though we could have receive another $40.00 off. Tacky and false reviews.

   The staff all around were rude, not helpful. The food made me and my son sick, and the price is outrageous.

   While I am generally sympathetic to people learning a new job, that sympathy does not extend to dining experiences that charge $40-50 per plate. The chef was clearly not qualified to work the Teppan table. And I could’ve looked past that if the food were cooked properly. But it wasn’t. My medium rare strip was hammered, beyond well done. My friends and I were celebrating, and it sort of ruined the fun. Trust me, you can do better for hibachi.

   My experience at Benihana is always good. The noise level was a bit too much for me this go round. I found myself jumping when the chefs were doing their thing with the spatulas. It made hearing the chef hard. If you have children that are noise sensitive, I would not suggest bringing them the Benihana other than that, the food was great and the atmosphere was awesome. I was disappointed that I did not get a birthday serenade.

   a delicious and fun time at the hibachi table! food was incredible, service was attentive and kind and the chef put on a show! very accommodating and a great place to celebrate any occasion

   Great food, wonderful staff—had a great time for my daughter’s birthday. We ordered three rounds of drinks and it took 30+ minutes after ordering to get each round. The last round came as we were leaving, 30 minutes past our reservation window. We left full drinks on the table. Very frustrating.

    I went with my parents for their anniversary dinner, and I ordered the A5 Wagyu course meal, my dad ordered a filet mignon and lobster tail course, and my mom ordered a salmon dish, each pricing around $55-65. We had a reservation at 7, we weren’t seated until 7:15 because apparently we had to wait to fill a table. Once we were seated, we didn’t even got our orders taken until 7:35~, which then a really mediocre cup of soup and salad was served around 8. We didn’t see our chef until well past 8:30, and the “A5 Wagyu” doesn’t look like it qualify as Wagyu at all with minimal marbling, the raw “filet mignon” was brought out alongside 2 other identical pieces although the other guests at our table ordered different cuts, and they completely misheard the salmon order and brought out a random overcooked steak although the waiter repeated it back to us. The performance was interesting, except for the part they overcooked the shrimp and lobster, undercooked the onions, and somehow managed to make all the steaks medium. At the end of the night all 8 guests including us at our table was clearly unsatisfied, most the guests at our table skipped dessert just to leave. We spent more than 200 dollars on worse cooking than Outback Steakhouse and sat on the hard seats from 7:15 til around 9 pm. I have no idea why this place is as popular as it is.
