   It's as authentic as Medieval Times, and I love it exactly because of that. The chef's showmanship is the best part of the experience. Of course, it's a tightly scripted show, so it'll be the same each time you dine at Benihana. That's why you can come back for the food. The amount of garlic butter used in all the food is very generous. Combine that with the post-pandemic price of eating out in general, a Benihana dinner might be best enjoyed for special occasions. On the weeknight we went, it seems like every table was doing a birthday dinner. That might make it routine for the Benihana staff, but it will still be your special occasion. They do have a lunch menu that's much more reasonable than dinner pricing. I'm glad they have the option, and I'd like to try it in the near future. Do not dine in your best dress, however. The hot place cooking takes place right in front of you. Your clothes will smell of smoke until you make the effort of washing them. This is no different from going to Korean BBQ or yakiniku. Just be aware of it.

   The last two times that I was here was not good. Last year in August, we waited for an hour before anyone came to our table. The chef kind of made up for it by having a great personality by his charisma. But it was still not okay. Someone from our table had to go up to a couple servers before someone finally came. No apology whereas another table was offered free apps due to the long wait. Then the most recent visit on Sept. 10th, there were a few issues. Our server took a long time to come by to check on us, and some of us ran out of drinks. Our photo couldn’t be printed because the printer was out of order. The shrimp appetizer has become much smaller so inflation. I’ll be visiting other Benihana locations instead of this one from now on.

   Our waiter was very good. He made sure that our drinks were full and fresh. He constantly there asking if we needed anything. Our chef was very good. Worked so hard. He made sure our food tasted better. Every time he gave our food, he will asked how it tasted!

   we sat at a table with 2 other groups they where both really nice. It was our first time and the guys were nice enough to recommend what they like. He told us about the diablo sauce. It was so good SUPER spicy very flavorful meat was so tender and juicy. 10/10 for sure will be coming back.

   Was not happy with the chief my rice was over good had a lot of course prices in it like it was burn!!! He forgot to cook our mushrooms at all I said sometime the staff and he came out of the kitchen and said that he would cook them in the back for me half of the idea of this place is the show and we were all paid and getting up to leave so no thanks !!!!

    This visit was by far the best we’ve had in over 10 years. We have been going to Benihana in various locations for over 40 years. During the last five or six years there was a decline in service and experience, but we were pleasantly surprised yesterday. All of the staff were on point but in particular our chef Mike was amazing. He was entertaining, engaging, highly skilled and just a joy to have prep our meal. Mike and others are what Benihana should strive towards as their baseline throughout the restaurant.
