   We come here every year for someone’s birthday and it’s always great. Service was really nice and the food is really good!

   The service was very slow and confuse. The food was good. The price went up, for example, a bottle of wine La Crema Pinot Noir USD 60 (two year ago around USD 30).

   The staff looked at the chart, there were no seats, manager arrived, show them to their seat. The waitress was efficient, friendly, the soups were delicious. The cooking show was entertaining . Funny . Food was flavorful, ginger sauce was delicious. Green tea ice cream was delicious They shouldn’t have been using styrofoam for take out, really bad for the environment.

   We had a great time at Benihana. We took one of our friends for the first time and he loved it. Carlos was our chef and did such a great job not only did he entertain us, but the food was delicious.

   Very noisy with multiple tables of screaming kids. Drinks, soup, salad and appetizers were good. Fried rice was okay, higher priced beef selection was too fatty.

   It is time to renovate this location. It is dirty, sticky, floors are slippery, bathrooms are gross.

   We had a 7:30 reservation. Didn’t get seated u til almost 8:45 (with kids). Didn’t eat until close to 10. We were seated with a party where the man was on speaker phone screaming the whole time. That part is not the restaurants fault, but a manager should be roaming the floor and not allow that to happen.

   Our "chef" was very good, nice traditional hibachi "show", but most importantly he cooked everything to perfection... from the fried rice, filet Mignon, lobster etc. Fried Banana and icecream desert was very good. Our waitress also did a great job, very attentive and efficient.

   I’ve never had a bad experience at Benihana. But unfortunately this time it wasn’t the service but the amount of time we had to wait for the chef to come out and serve just me, my wife and our baby. No one else was at the table and we essentially ordered the same thing, so I didn’t see much to prep. Mind you this was at a half empty restaurant at the time. Not going to say they are always like this, but this time it was sub par. I do want to leave this review with a positive note; our waitress was exceptional. Very attentive and apologetic about the wait time.
