   I have been coming to this location for years. As of recent have stopped due to low quality of service and quality of food. It is my birthday month and decided to give it a try to use the birthday certificate. Server was terrible and not timely. It was fairly busy which I understand but while other servers were making it around to their tables as they could, ours was nowhere to even be found to refill drinks or even see if we would like anything else. Our food did not start to be cooked until at least an hour after we ordered. We finally finished our food and the table waited about 20 minutes after being done for her to come by, she never did then eventually someone at our table had to go ask another server to have her come by. Service used to be impeccable and this latest experience proved to me why we have stopped going to this location. Save your money and go somewhere else.

   Long was spot on again!! Food was delicious!! It was a nice Easter dinner.

   This was the first Benihana experience for our grandchildren. They were impressed.

   We had an 8pm reservation but wasn’t seated until 8:20. Didn’t get drinks until 8:40. Shrimp tempura came out cold. All in all, not a great experience

   Waited almost 30 mins to be seated with a reservation. Food was outstanding. Waitress was wonderful and Chef Jorge was amazing. Always a great experience at Benihana.

   Benihana‘s was amazing experience fun. It was an awesome night for my birthday. You go with a few friends or loved ones. It’s fun and amazing watching somebody cook in front of you. The food is delicious and I plan to return again. Thank you for amazing birthday Sarah Mathe.

    I would say if there’s a restaurant that doesn’t seat your party until the entire party is there it should be this one.  The party they set us with was missing some of the people they were waiting on so we had to sit for 30 minutes until their party finally showed up before the chef even decided to start cooking. Our waiter must’ve been super busy because he kept showing up once in a blue moon, and we were constantly left without drinks. They don’t take photos anymore and it wasn’t the same.
