Benihana ofrece una experiencia culinaria sin precedente. The service was terriblel We have lived all over the country and have been to several Benihana restaurants. This was by far the worst experiance we have ever had not only here, but at any expensive restaurant. It stared off with a Mai Tai that was just a fruity drink and not a real one. The server came one time to take our order and never saw him again. I had to walk up to the front to see if we could get some service at our hibachi table full of people. We were given 30% off the bill, but it should have been comped. The food was mediocre at best for this chain. Changes need to be made!

Overall it was a good experience. Our chef seemed new and spent a good bit of time not saying anything, however, he did a great job of preparing our food.

We had a great time. Tim was our chef. The food was perfectly cooked, and he had some hilarious jokes for us.

The staff was great, chef Shane was great and entertaining. Our waitress was amazing, nobody at our table ever had to ask for a drink refill. The food was great, a little pricy but not bad for what you get.
