   They’re using egg substitute now. Ew. It’s also not very clean. The managers are there, but just standing around.

   Waitress was the worse I’ve ever encountered. All she continued to say is no and I can’t. On the flip side the cook Mike was amazing and was also confused that the waitress couldn’t accommodate and he actually assisted and turned the food experience around.

   Experience was amazing!! Our chef Jordan was absolutely fantastic!! Very entertaining!! Our waitress Dana was a star! Very attentive and great customer service skills!! 5 stars all the way around!!!

   Food was delicious as usual. But waiter was not very efficient or on it tonight. Wrong drink, no spoon with ice cream, did not check on us for long periods of time and after waiting for 20 minutes for hill I had to get up and flag the manager and then waiter gave me the wrong bill. He could have done much better at his job. Maybe it was an off night.

   Food was good but the reservation system needs an overhaul. We had to wait 30 minutes past our reservation time to get seated, was another 45 minutes before food started to be delivered (soup).

   Sad to report this is the second poor experience I’ve had at this location. We had a reservation before the evening rush. We were seated in the far back room in the right and made to wait for a 3rd group to join us. They offered the two seats left to 3 different couples and finally got one to stick. By then we had been seated at the table a half hour. Our server kept telling us she would have to wait to do the drink order until they were fully sat. I got a manager involved who helped get drinks. It was still a wait to order and get food. Manager never checked back in. I asked to check in with manager when table was cleaning up and another waiter said they would get them. After asking another person to help I stopped waiting after about 15min. Food was great, service was disappointing.

   We were sat at a table that was freezing cold. Seconds after getting food it was cold. I had to pull my hair up so the wind coming through the restaurant did not cause others to have hair in their food. Server offered to move us to the other side of the table but it was just as bad. Whole table was miserable. Manager said there was nothing they would do. Asked for a discount due to the awful experience. Manager said no and sorry to hear that you did not like the experience. For over a hundred dollars a couple, you would expect a better experience. It will be a very long time before we come back. If ever.

    Great experience with family! Everyone was able have a good time. Culinary team makes lots of effort to ensure family entertained while also enjoying their meals! Yummy!
