   We went to the bel and dragon because they were advertising a vegan but roast, but they didn’t have it when we arrived. It took ages to get a drink and for the meal to arrive, and the meal itself was horrible and tasted of vinegar. We also asked fir a side of veg, it never arrived we asked again, apparently they didn’t have it but no one saw fit to tell us. Poor service won’t go again.

   Everything was great from start to finish, we came for a birthday lunch a family of 4 with 2 under 5s and it all went very smoothly and we were looked after very well! We cannot fault the day and will definitely be going back. They made it a really lovely day, thank you.

   Perfectly fine for lunch but nothing out of the ordinary. One notch above typical pub food but some dishes seemed pre cooked and reheated.

   Would recommend the Bell and Dragon without hesitation. The staff were extremely welcoming and helpful, the food was excellent and plentiful which contributed to a very enjoyable evening.Look forward to going back again.

   Went for the Sunday roast, it was excellent. Friendly service too. Would definitely return.

   Excellent food in a relaxed friendly atmosphere. The food was superbly cooked from excellent ingredients. We were there on Saturday lunchtime. The service was great; attentive so we didn’t feel that we had to wait for anything but not intrusive.

   On a cold winter's night, the roaring fire and a hearty winter's soup was wonderful, sitting in the shadow of Windsor castle.

    The staff were very attentive and helpful and the food was lovely. Extremely impressed that you have a vegan menu.
