The best food experience my family has had! The staff was awesome, knowledgeable and on point! The price was high but Bazarr didn’t disappoint! Worth every penny for my son’s 30th BD.

Jose Andres' Bazaar Meats is an excellent steakhouse, no question. Is it the best in the world, or the best in Nevada as they say? Maybe not. But definitely worth a visit. Excellent service highlighted an interesting presentation of meats and small dishes or "snacks". You order a couple main courses to share, typically some expensive beef cuts, then order a series of smaller plates that lead up to the main event. The main event is obviously the meats you order at the beginning of the meal. They take an hour to cook and everything before this is presented as secondary to the mains. As for the snacks, some were delicious and some overrated. The Albondigas or Spanish Meatballs, the oysters, the Wagyu tasting selection were all excellent. The Jamon or ham experience was a disappointment, nothing special whatsoever and didn't live up to the waiters hype. But the exceptional service made it a great experience and the good items outweighed the bad. Then the meat came, the main event! I must say I was expecting the best meat I ever had from the self-billed best steakhouse in the world. It was ultimately only fair. I should have chosen other cuts but the waiter seemed to push us towards the two types of meat we chose. One was tough as gristle, the other was tasty and good but we were not blown away by any means. The wagyu tasting overshadowed the main course unfortunately. Maybe we shouldn't have ordered the wagyu, we couldn't expect the "big" meats to even compare. Oh well, we also ordered the Rack of Lamb which was absolutely delicious. It stole the show, but all the build up to the meat cuts was a letdown. The dessert sampler was excellent, although I always like to order my own and not share. :) Otherwise, it's worth a visit, and I'd definitely return again knowing what to expect. I also now know what to order!

Great dinner. Get a 1/2lb more than they recommend on the steak. You’ll thank me later.
