The Backyard Restaurant and Bar, is an award winning restaurant located in the beautiful gardens of Sole East Resort.
It offers Mediterranean influenced farm-to-table dock-to-dish specialties. Sip cocktails in our heated swimming pool with poolside service, or on our oversized St. Tropez lounge beds, expansive manicured gardens, with DJ's and live entertainment.

We also offer indoor meeting spaces, outdoor wedding ceremony and reception sites for up to 300 plus guests.

Was closed! Most frustrating - we had a reservation but was all shut up, would have been nice to be advised that before we drove there.

This restaurant offers fresh, amazing seafood that delights the palate with every bite. The service is excellent—attentive and welcoming, making the experience even more enjoyable. The beautiful atmosphere, with its elegant decor and serene ambiance, provides the perfect backdrop for a memorable dining experience. Highly recommended for seafood lovers and options too for non-seafood lovers.

I had an amazing experience. The concert was awesome, the food was delicious, and great value. Marcus was an excellent server. I will definitely be back.

Went to see St Lucia and had dinner. The staff was fantastic and we really enjoyed the interaction. We had a table of 9 and they couldn’t have been more accommodating. Since dinner started before St Lucia they recommended to “Slow Roll” the dinner so we could eat our entree’s and desert after. Brilliant! Will be back shortly!
