    The food and team were excellent, as always. The restaurant continues to elevate its experience each time we visit. We tried the gnocchi—absolutely fantastic. The tartare is a must-try, and the scallops were perfectly crisp. We sat outdoors with a beautiful mountain view. Rashad, our server, was phenomenal, and the chef graciously visited our table each time. A truly memorable evening.

    I had higher expectations for this experience. The selection was good and the food quality in terms of flavors and preparation was also very good but both of our meals were brought out semi warm. The atmosphere was a little more casual than anticipated.

    Took almost 20 minutes before a service staff member came to our table to take our drink order. Was a set menu - but forgot the champagne welcome toast, and we had to ask for it after our meal was served. We felt like cattle trying to be pushed through - and the Westin just wanted to make as much $$$ as possible. Went to have a group pic taken after dinner but the photographer was gone. We paid almost $700 (with 4 drink) for 4 people - and were very disappointed. The food was good. That was if.

    La Paloma just keeps improving! Since the renovation, the food has been outstanding, and the staff is incredibly friendly. Managers Guisela and Adam are sharp, with excellent planning. Everyone around us was enjoying themselves, and hosting a Super Bowl party was a fantastic idea. Can’t wait for next year! It’s great to see La Paloma getting better and better—fantastic job, everyone!

    This is a new restaurant for the Wesin La Paloma. The menu was amazing service was Great ambiance is outstanding.. The views are beautiful. Live music in the lounge above makes for a fun atmosphere.

    Beautifully redone space! The food is amazing, too. This was our first time here since the remodel/name change and we will definitely be back. They also added a great private room that we are eager to book for event. Highly recommend.

    Our waiter “Eric” did an exceptional job, the food was great, especially the panna cotta. The eggs Benedict were cook amazingly well for a “buffet”. Overall the experience my wife and I had was fantastic!

    This was our second dinner here. The first was better - and this was New Year’s Eve to be fair. But the dinner was already curated so simply make three selections. The issue was first- we were very hungry- and asked for bread or crackers. NONE to be had here. Then drinks took over 30 minutes to arrive. We placed food order when we placed drink order. In between we were given an oyster and clearly in the reservation it states allergic to oysters. So waste of those. The choices contained items that had allergens to others and one of the medium well tenderloins was super rare. That said the other food was decent. To get attention of wait staff we had to get up or raise our hand. The ambiance was odd- there are nice seats here but ours was a table set in an atrium at bottom of stairs. So it was not quiet and was busy with nothing but white walls for half to see. Final straw was some super loud music from two floors above that ceased all conversation. We asked for dessert and check and they did provide upon request. Not what we would expect from the Westin.

    Atmosphere was excellent, food was excellent, service was good , supposed to of been a 4 coarse Meal , they forgot to give us our salads , had to ask for them , we did receive salads , they were confused on which tables had their orders , salads were delicious, bill came with a gratuity already added for two people ? 20 % 🤔 I didn’t think they should have added the gratuity and then ask again for tips on the bill ! But overall the experience was nice - I would go back again 👍🏼

    The newly redecorated and rebranded La Luz restaurant at the Westin La Paloma resort has elevated food and the dishes were all executed well. We had the sea bass, organic chicken and pork loin for entrees, the bruschetta and ceasar salad as starters and chocolate cake and coffee for dessert. We sat outside and the service as excellent despite the servers having to travel all the way over to the fireplace area. The cocktails were new and delicious with interesting takes on some old favorites like the manhattan and margarita.

    Truly enjoyable Christmas Day Buffet. The setting was gorgeous! I’d say the buffet had a moderate amount of variety but we were completely satisfied. The prime rib was outstanding, we all went for seconds. Staff was plentiful, very pleasant, and it was overall the kind of experience we would absolutely repeat.

    Highly overpriced restaurant with a sterile, barren atmosphere. It's main charm is it's located in a beautiful desert setting. Limited lunch menu offers a nice list of sandwiches but only 3 entree items to choose from, including $32 chicken enchiladas that were tasty but small. Their $24 steak sandwich is excellent and very filling. Their service was also very good.

    One of the worst dining experiences I have ever had. We were seated at 5:30 and did not receive our food until 7:40. We barely saw our waiter, our food was cold, and the price was high. I would not recommend eating here. We also had friends that ate breakfast here and they had a similarly bad experience.

    Our lunch was okay. Some items were missing from the order. Like the honey from the chicken. The quality was just okay. One person ordered a drink refill and never received it. This was our holiday luncheon. Just not festive.

    The buffet was advertised at $129 per person. It did not say that an automatic 20% gratuity would be added. The food was room temperature, nothing was hot. Disappointing array of the usual Thanksgiving fare, nothing special. All of the pasta was dry. Would not recommend and will definitely not repeat.

    Thanksgiving buffet was extremely overpriced. $325 for 2 people!!! Shockingly. Great selection of foods. Turkey was dry, prime rib was excellent. Hit or miss on flavor.

    Our server was very friendly but seemed to be very inexperienced. Was a bit awkward - had to school him on protocols. At end of meal he gave us a different table’s check, and the place was not very busy. Food was so-so. Lamb shank didn’t have much taste. My wife ordered a salad with carne arsada as a topper. The carne was so salty neither of us could eat it. Was not a great experience.

    Beautiful setting. Great food. We sat outside by the fireplace. Everyone’s meal was outstanding. Tasty cocktails too.

    The service was horribly slow. We were seated at 7:20 and didn’t get out of there until 9pm. We were only 3 people with two easy entrees (salmon and enchiladas) and a caesar salad plus a dessert. And there were so many empty tables! Perhaps it was an off night? The food was excellent, however.

    Wonderful five star birthday dinner for a friend. Terrific setting on the patio with a breathtaking view of the Santa Catalinas. Our sever, Dominic, was great. Attentive, knowledgeable, fun. When we called prior to our reservation to inquire about vegan options we were promised the chef would prepare something special for us & sure enuf, chef Jesse came to our table to say he had prepared a special vegetable dish for us. The presentation (wish I could post a picture!), the combination of vegetables & farro, preparation & seasoning were all superb. All in all, from drinks, to appetizer (a mushroom flatbread) to our entrees, to dessert (beignets & ice cream), on a scale of 1 to 10, our entire experience was easily a 15!! Thank you to everyone at La Luz who made it such a special night.

    I recently dined at La Luz for a work lunch, and I can’t say enough good things about our experience! The food was absolutely delicious, and the attentive service made it even better. Our server, Aiden, was fantastic—always cheerful and eager to help, which really enhanced our meal. Managers David and Adam were so friendly and also incredibly helpful. The entire staff was amazing, making us feel welcome and well taken care of.

    Very difficult to find in the resort. Expensive, limited menu but good service. Not very busy, High ceilings, not a warm environment. Somewhat sterile
