   I had a really great experience. The food was terrific. I especially enjoyed the cabbage with carrot chorizo. It was creative and delicious. Matthew, our server, did a really good job of recommending food. The highlight of the evening was Michael, the wine guy. He was so knowledgeable and completely delightful. I can’t wait to return.

   Delight service and food. We loved all our dishes but the pork green chili was our favorite. Overall a wonderful experience!

   Amazing food and service, as always! We came here for a late Valentine’s Day celebration on Friday. From the moment you arrive to when you leave you are truly taken care of. The food is well thought out and portions are just right to enjoy many dishes without being too full for dessert (a true value in my opinion!). We had cocktails, wine and dessert drinks, all delicious and their wine staff is always ready to help you make decisions. I can’t rave enough, arcana is worth the drive from Denver any day.

   Menu is very limited. Are mostly appetizers /small plates. Kale salad and mussels very good.

   The food here never disappoints. One of my favorite places for a special occasion meal in Boulder. Dishes are creative, delicious, and seasonal.

   Our first visit and we were delighted...the initial menus were meat-heavy but they are now more diverse and appealing. Happy hour menu very good, especially pimento cheese and hamburgers. We'll be back. It could become a new tradition!

   My GF and I went to Arcana for Valentines day. They had a preset menu of three options for each course. I was not disappointed by a single dish! The food was fantastic! Each dish was creatively crafted and spanned flavors not often found together. The elk tartar sticks out, transitioning from the sweet of the cherries to the smokiness of the elk. The service was also some of the best I've ever had. Each staff member that approached the table was able to judge it and serve us appropriately. I don't think I've ever seen a better team effort. My only knock would be the tiny drinks. It would be nice to have more than three sips when you are paying $10-$20.

    We love how the menu is evolving. Especially enjoyed the trout-chovy bagna cauda salad dressing! Entrees (chicken and beef) were spectacular.
