   Overall, a very good experience. The mark down on service was not because of the wait staff, but they were clearly understaffed.

   Food was very good but service was slow and did not match the food quality and atmosphere. Very poor greeting and front end service. Did not make us feel very welcome.

   Our waiter Roberto was fantastic! Few items on the menu were not available that we were looking forward to. We got the lobster asks filet. Filet was the best steak I have ever had! Seriously like butter in your mouth cooked medium. Lobster could have had more meat but experience was perfect meal for an over night get away!

   My open table confirmation was not accepted at the restaurant. Even after online reservation they expected me to call and confirm. So we could not go

   We made a reservation because we knew it was Christmas and there wouldn’t be many places open. When we arrived the hostess said they couldn’t honor our reservation. She said the best they could do was sit at the bar. We obliged and took a high top. The male bartender waddled over after several minutes and asked what he can get for us. His demeanor was less than appealing and looked quite flustered. We told him that we would be dining and would like menus. While sitting we noticed many other guests having the same situation and the bar becomes inundated with people. The two bartenders worked feverishly to accommodate the restaurant managers poor planning for such a busy holiday. When our appetizers arrived the mozzarella on the caprese was covered in mold (picture to come). Sending it back was not an option with how busy the staff was with their full bar and full bar seating area. Servers were behind the bar making drinks to help facilitate the bar staff. The pinnacle was when the manager was running food to the bar and audibly to the tables said to them “I’m not running any more of your food” and to the food runner/busser to stop hanging around at the bar. This kid was running food, restocking them with glassware etc. Quite an unprofessional and flustered reaction to a busy evening in my opinion. The only redeeming part of this evening was the female bartender who kept herself calm cool and collected and our entrees which were fantastic. Note for next Christmas. Stay home...

   The server was not attentive. Barely saw him. Forgot my drink and never came back to check on the food which was salty.

   good small menu with well prepared dishes. The pasta was creative. The special attraction is the location on the water.

    Dinner with a friend , reservation set for 615! We arrive at 515, headed to the bar for drinks and appetizers. Finished at the bar 605 , walked over to the hostess, tell her reservation at 615. She trying to operate the tablet couldn’t get it to open. She tells us she is “ new” on the job. Poor young lady looks as if she didn’t know what to do or say next.. so I tell her table for “ two”. We get a table .. ordered our dinners , both got clam chowder soups excellent, my was a salmon dish very good. My friend had a shrimp pasta dish .. shrimp were dry and tasted fishy not so much she couldn’t finished it . Overall it was a good evening!
