Our booking was cancelled upon arrival, along with a couple that arrived just after us. No particular effort was made to accomodate the situation.

having travelled over an hour to get there we were told on arrival that we had no booking because there was a private party that night. there was no apology, they just said 'oh, you didn't get the message'.
