   From the front door check in service to the bar and food, everything was seamless. We asked to leave the entry charge payment for our son, who was running a bit late and the front doorman said, yes, of course, write down his name. It helps when you are trying to treat your kids to a fun night out. I do love sitting in the bar area for some reason. that side is a good view and vibe. NIU is my Alma matter, and their Jazz Group played that night. They were so smooth, just what I was in the mood for. A small trio can deliver a good sound, but I love more. Piano, Bass, sax, horn, drums and for an extra treat, a guitar. The food really is excellent. The Shrimp Risotto is a favorite. The ease of being able to go to one location for both dinner and entertainment takes all of the hustle out of the night. And who isn't looking for that?

   The jazz band from NIU was fantastic. They played a full set without interruption. While people were asked to refrain from talking during the performance, this rarely happens, so there was a bit of noise immediately at the table behind us; otherwise it was kept to a minimum. I chose the baked Alaskan sole with mango. I didn’t realize it had a mango chutney until it was served, my fault. The sole itself was a bit tasteless perhaps if I’d liked the sauce, it would have been better. I think I chose the wrong dish; I will try the menu again. The service was quick given that the show is only an hour and 15 minutes; we still had time to eat an appetizer and an entree. The spicy shrimp and broccoli were tasty. Overall the experience was a 4 but I rated it a 3 for the food.

   Nous avons été déçus. J’étais déjà venue en 2022. Le spectacle était de meilleure qualité : le piano, la trompette, le saxo jouaient parfois en solo et c’était vraiment magnifique. Cette fois nous n’avons pas apprécié la musique. Nous avons eu l’impression que le «  meneur » cherchait à nous amuser mais nous n’avons pas été séduits du tout. Une soirée très chère et décevante. J’aurais voulu offrir à mes petits fils une soirée marquante. Cela n’a pas été le cas.

   Los cocktails son bastante regulares xa lo caros q son. La comida no la probé pero la bebida regular El espectáculo de jazz bien pero nada del otro mundo

    Andy’s was fun and we were so happy to be able to hear live music at 6pm vs later! We had fries and truffle ravioli. Both were very good and served piping hot. The music was excellent.
