For the past 28 years, Amanda's mission has always been about replenishing the soul through delicious contemporary cuisine and providing excellent service - all at a reasonable price. Guests enter our elegantly restored brownstones and are warmly welcomed by an accommodating staff. Although geographically close to Manhattan and certainly as culinary sophisticated, we're not slow to smile and truly aim to please each guest. Our popularity stems from the talents of our chef, our dedication to warm, gracious service and the comfortable elegance of our dining rooms. Amanda's is the natural choice for so many occasions: the romantic couple on a "date to impress," a family brunch on Sunday or the place to enjoy pre-theater Early Dinner at a price that is really too good to believe. Sophisticated wine lovers enjoy our monthly five-course wine dinners.

    inside is gorgeous, worth going just for that. good brunch selections, was hard to pick. orange and arugula salad was tasty but not satisfying as a meal. gnocchi made in house was classic, breakfast was good.. dishes were on the simpler side, not over done or especially interesting but good quality. maybe in the smaller side. excited to try more of their menu!

    I would strongly recommend Amanda’s. Great ambiance, great service, great food and piano dinner music a delight. I would go back in a heartbeat and highly urge people to dine at Amanda’s.

    Good diverse menu options. Service a bit slow but overall a pleasant experience. Note that the Caesar salad is very anchovy forward.

    Amanda’s never disappoints for brunch. Whether you’re having an omelette, Belgian waffle, sandwiches, or something else, there’s always great fare! The brunch cocktails are fantastic too!
