   Absolutely loved Oliveto. Such beautiful views of Weymouth bay with friendly helpful staff and great tasting food. Perfect for a fabulous meal.

   First time in Oliveto and we will definitely be back. Fantastic service, brilliant food and amazing views. We loved everything about our visit and look forward to seeing you all soon.

   First time been to Oliveto, we love the location overlooking the sea, the restaurant is very clean and tidy with nice decor, the staff are very tentative, don’t feel hurried, chatty and welcoming.

   This was our first visit, it won't be our last. The food was superb, lovely staff and the ambience great. Highly recommend 👌

   Another super meal at Oliveto’s, but for three of us this time. Fabulous views, wonderful food, good service and we splashed out on a superior bottle of wine too. All round excellent, making a special evening for us.

   Excellent service, friendly staff, food on the pricey side for the portions given. Beautiful restaurant with gorgeous sea views.

   Great looking place with good ambiance. Food ok .except Fillet steak requested ‘rare ‘ served ‘well done.’ Replacement was inedible due to quality of beef. Gave up on the steak. Ordered mussels as starter. No bowl for shells and no finger bowl. Had to request Parmesan for ragu.as had not been offered. Had to request Salt and Pepper as not on table. Young staff need help and more support. Will not revisit

   The menu looked great but the starter in particular was disappointing. I did ask if the melon was ripe as I didn’t want melon that tasted like cucumber and was advised that honey would be drizzled so I thought that would suffice. The starter was two pieces of rock hard cantaloupe melon with a slimy piece of prosciutto ham wrapped around them and two pieces of toast? In all my years I have never been presented with melon and prosciutto in this way. When the waiter removed my plate there was no enquiry as to how I enjoyed it? The main dish ravioli was nice but the portion was more a starter size! Tiramisu was acceptable. My husband’s squid starter and risotto was nice but he had so much risotto he couldn’t finish it. At the end of the meal the waiter asked if we’d enjoyed the meal and I explained my starter wasn’t very nice at all. She apologised and that was it…… I would queue to get into a place with the views from the window but that wouldn’t sustain anyone. They are seriously missing a trick here, fantastic location and outlook. Oh and please NEVER serve Prosecco Extra Dry, it should only ever be Brut like champagne.
