   Food here is good ingredient is fresh, Guinness bread is amazing but it's a shame that the quality of the service is not there. I came here once before and sat in the main dining room, everything was great. Service was a little slow but I just thought maybe because it just opened for lunch on Sunday. Then I came back a week after with 2 friends- seated in the upstairs area. My friend and my dish came out 15 minutes apart and we had to remind the waiter to check what's going on.

   Food is excellent, juices as well. Best place for brunch. Service is sometimes a bit slow but overall it’s worth it. We’ll be back!

   Hadn’t realised that this is a hotel restaurant it serves very average hotel food. There are much better options in Marylebone

   Nice place for coffee, desert or drinks. Service and ambience are nice, however the food is average to bad; eggs benedict were misserably presented and were tiny, rib eye stake was flat and uninteresting. Some other dishes from my friends were ok but nothing exciting. Overall a nice and convenient place to meet but the food was below expectations

   My main gripe is that it's just so noisy - the acoustics are really poor. Hence the lower star ratings.

   A pleasant restaurant, with friendly staff and very good food, perhaps a little overpriced though. The very lively feel of the ambience in this restaurant was one of its most attractive features. It was also impressive how the large amount of space was broken up into what felt like smaller, more intimate places to enjoy a meal with friends. There was a real buzz, and much warmth in the air. The food was very good; lovely Dorset crab to start, served on delicious bread and with a refreshing watercress and apple salad. Our mains were also lovely; congratulations to the chef on the mackerel in particular - this tasted fresh and interesting , often not the case in London restaurants. Sides were just right in terms of flavour and amount. Dessert for me was lovely pineapple served with mango and passion fruit salsa, and coconut sorbet that didn't taste a bit like a Bounty bar (always a worry), but fresh and light. There were elements of this meal that I liked so much, I will be attempting to imitate them at home; that doesn't happen that often. Service was a bit sluggish, despite there being lots of staff around, and I hate it when restaurants put one's bottle of wine out of reach, which was the case here. A bit pricey, but given the neighbourhood, and the quality of the food, not much more than might be reasonably expected.

    Even though I did a reservation way in advance, finally we were seated in a room that looks like a cafeteria and not in the main room with enough free chairs to be seated there.... I will not return.
