Great service! Great food, prepared just as I ordered it!
This place never disappoint
The food is very good and tasty, my wife loves the Fettuccine, and I love Spaghetti & Meatballs , always good always on point. We also had the Pizza Margherita which is very good , the drinks were fabulous as well, our service was first class.

Fantastic salmon entree along with broccolini in a relaxed outdoor setting (indoor dining also available)
place was empty, service was miserably slow ( as if the personal conversations among staff trumped the service needs) , food cold, and the waitress called each of us "honey" 13 times, with a flat and disinterested affect. your company does a better job at the airport locations.
Good but loud
The music was too loud for those of us over 50. Food was good and service was friendly. The crusted sea bass was quite good. Fish and chips were ok, my husband said he would not order them again. The rigatoni bolognaise was very good.

Pricey restaurant at LA Live
We dined here as it was a convenient spot close to Staples Center as we were attending a Clipper basketball game. While the food was tasty, it was very expensive.Service was OK. Restaurant was very noisy. It was difficult to hold a conversation with my guest. Since we were here before 6 PM, perhaps the happy hour snacks would have been better and less costly.
ONE OF THE BETTER PLACES TO EAT AT LA LIVE
Although the menu is somewhat limited, one can find a few tasty dishes. Certainly better than many of the restaurant choices at LA LIVE. If you are there for an event, a decent choice.
Family Girl trip dinner with Niece at USC
The four of us girls/family (visiting from Sacramento & El Dorado Hills) wanted a nice surprise dinner with my niece. I made reservations at WP Live and it was excellent. Our waiter was fantastic, great personality and made all of us feel special.
Great before a game
The food here is excellent. The service is friendly but fast moving.

WP bar and grill is probably our favorite place to eat a LA Live, food is always excellent and service is outstanding, try the spaghetti and meatball.
The restaurant was nice. Service was horrible!!
Our server came to our table to take our order and to collect our money. I asked for my burger to be cooked but well it was bleeding I hadn't seen him in a while so I wasn't able to mention the uncooked burger to him. By the time he came to collect the money and I told him he did not even try to get me a recoiled burger. So I paid for something that I did not touch! He did not try to fix it when I mentioned can I get a burger cooked over to go gave me such a puzzled looked . I was so frustrated so I paid and left and regards of the horrible service I still tipped. I never write bad reviews but this was just ver unacceptable. I hope this does not happen in the future. If I could I would've gave ther service ZERO STARS but it would not allow me to.
Quick stop before the game!
First, I want to say that they are very flexible if you are late. Showed up 45 minutes late due to slow golfers and LA traffic, but got seated a couple minutes after showing up. The waiter was quick with orders, drinks, and food. Thought we were going to miss the opening tip for the basketball game, but they made it amazing and pleasant where I would immediately consider this place again before another event at Staples Center!
Not worth the price
The food was not good. Almond crusted salmon was salmon with almonds spread on top. Salmon tasted bland. Too expensive and not worth the price at all.
Fine for a pre-game meal
Though a bit pricey, the food was good, the service was friendly, courteous and helpful and we were in and out in plenty of time for a game at Staples.

One of my favorite restaurants in the LA Live area. Food and service are very consistent although the restaurant is very busy and noisy during game nights.
Great for Staple Events.
The resturant is perfect for staple events. We eat there frequently before Kings games. The service is great and the food is good; a little expensive for pizza but great location. It has a full bar with a good wine list.

We sat outdoor for dinner and it was nice people watching while enjoying the surrounding lights of L.A. Live. Food and drinks were good. Service was better. Definitely a vibrant place to be and enjoy L.A. Live.

Fun Time, Yummy Food
Perfectly located for fun evening before or after attending a concert or sporting event. Service was really great, recommendations were very good and the food was yummy!!!

Wonderful experience. We came for lunch yesterday and enjoyed it so much we came back today and ordered the same dishes to share. (Fettuccini with mushrooms and fennel sausage pizza)
We thought the pan CRUSTED almond Salmon would be Crusted with almond but all it was , was a few almonds tossed on the side and not layered over and seared onto the Salmon , so we thought the description was mis-represented . Do not get the new corn side dish , the corn was hard. but the Salmon itself was good. We do like the place as we have eaten there several times.

We come here before hockey games quite often. Always fun to sit on patio and people watch and get a great meal before the game. I come with my 15 year old so it's definitely kid friendly menu! Always good service.
I had visited the restaurant two years before and loved the food and the ambiance so much, that I "had" to go again in my next visit; unfortunately the food was not as good as before (taste of dishes, care/ preparation/ingredients, selection of the dishes for the menu). Good but not great, as it was before.
The Food is always at Wolfgang Par Excellence.
You will not be disappointed when you enter this casual yet vibrantly energetic restaurant. The hostess will greet you, the manager (probably Jeffrey) will stop by to see how your meal is and will do what it takes to make you want to return again and again. The food speaks for itself as it is a Wolfgang Puck Restaurant. We visit our favorites like Chinois, WP 24, Cut, the Nest and of course Spagos but when you need a quick, high quality meal in an energetic atmosphere then stop here as you watch the action of LA Live you can enjoy a wonderful glass of wine, a burratta and tomato salad and a delicious pasta or pizza. Perfect for groups and for a romantic meal for two. We love it.

Is the Food Cooked Fresh & Not Vegan Friendly
My wife and I dined here before catching a basketball game at the Staples Center. Since there was a convention going on it was very full of people but, we were seated in no time thanks to having a reservation through Opentable. My wife is Vegan and we asked the server what options are there for her but, did not get a favorable reply. The waiter pointed out a couple of items but, never offered to ask the chef if there could be something done, so she had a salad. I ordered the Rigatoni and when it was brought out it was steaming hot so I was careful to cool it off before taking a bite. When I bit into it the pasta was so hot it burned my lip creating a blister which leads me to believe that my dish was heated up in a microwave (not so fresh). The service was good when they were around but, it took so long in between table visits that I finally had to ask another server for the check. Anyways, I am still recommending this place but, we will not return so please be careful when eating your food.
Typical sports bar
This was surprising, because we hadn't been to a WP Bar/Grill in years. The prices are too high for the food -- and the atmosphere is awful -- WAY too loud, too many TVs, and mostly uncomfortable high-top tables. Service was friendly. Food was passable -- but not the quality you expect with that name on the door. Pizza was fine, pasta was boring, and calamari was dry and overcooked. We love Puck's signature restaurants, but this is a sad commentary on the empire.
Overall good experience. Excellent service, good food, reasonable beer list, ambience was like an upscale sports bar.
Very good, with a notable miss mixed in
Wolfgang Puck’s Bar & Grill was quite good, with one notable exception. Calamari appetizer, and my Chicken Caeser…both quite good. But my friend ordered the macaroni and cheese, but when we got it, it was only cheese! Seriously, after fishing through it we found one piece of macaroni! The waiter took it back to the kitchen, but then told us that the whole batch was like that. This implies that the food is either made somewhere else or at a minimum sometime earlier in the day, and all they’re doing is heating it up. Not impressive Wolfgang! Yes, they gave us a free dessert, which was excellent, but still, make your own food at each location.
good food overpriced
every item was very nice, but could hardly be considered a good value. If money is no issue I expect that anyone would be happy to eat here or enjoy a cocktail.
We stopped here after attending the Emmy's on Monday night -- our server Garrett was awesome (request him if you can!). Food was good ... as memory serves, it was a bit better in earlier visits (pizza was a little bit on the dry side, but then, it was late). I love the menu ... and you just can't beat the convenience.
Food could be better
Had the mussels in chorizo broth, which was very good. However, the bread accompanying was nearly soggy and covered in cheese, and not a good accompaniment. I used fries (pretty good but not special) to soak up the great broth. Wife had calamari app. Wasn't bad, but was not inventive in the least - very plain breading etc. Also, the pieces were pretty small, so the ratio of breading to calamari was high. Also, for a 'bar and grill' there were no real grill items, outside of burger. Need something creative like sliders or even grilled brautwurst would be cool. Expect more creativity from WP. The mussels were good and unusual but that was about it IMO. Bartender (ate at bar) was good and cocktails were good too.
Went there with my wife for her birthday the good and service were amazing the only issue was a very loud group of ghetto people sitting next to us. There was too much cursing and it kinda applied the night, but It's not the restaurant fault I will be back for sure and hopefully next time we can have a quite nice dinner
