Son'z Steakhouse at the Hyatt Regency Maui Resort & Spa boasts breathtaking views of cascading waterfalls, a lushly lit lagoon, and Maui sunsets.

Our diverse menu features freshly caught local fish only 100% USDA-certified Prime beef, known for its superior flavor and tenderness. Our bone-in ribeye, New York strip, and tomahawk steaks are dry-aged in-house, and all our steaks are marinated in olive oil and fresh herbs, hand-rubbed in Hawaiian salt and fresh cracked pepper, broiled to perfection, and finished with herb-infused Maître d'Hôtel butter.

                                                                          Horrible customer service. Waiter only came to the table 1 time without us having to flag him down. Once to take the order. If we needed something we had to call for him to help us. We were a party of 5, they add a 20% tips which for us was $96. Hose service wouldn’t have been worth $20. We use to love this place, not anymore

                                                                          Service and food was wonderful. We ordered the rack of lamb which is what we usually order when dining there. We had reservations at a table but chose to sit at the bar. Our bartender was fabulous. We come to Kaanapali twice a year and Son’z is always a must dine for us.

                                                                          This is a beautiful location. The filet was not prime steak. It was good, but not great as I expected it would and should be. A lobster tail was good, prepared very well and presented nicely. The server got many things incorrect. A nice guy but he won’t last there if this is how he serves his tables. He confused some of the orders and made mistakes on the bill. Everything was eventually resolved, but it was still annoying.

                                                                          Truly enjoyed Son’z experience and the steak was one of the best ever eaten. The wedge salad was perfect - I love a good wedge. Lisa was a gracious and friendly server. The setting is amazing - what a view.
