Incredibly informative and helpful staff!
Great service, food and wine
We had the octopus appetizer, which was fabulous. Then, for entrees, I had the scallops and my husband had the pork. We've never been disappointed at Solera and will keep coming back for more. The vibe is comfy and casual. The service is extremely friendly, yet professional. The food is always fresh, creative and delicious.
From a regular
Everything great. Had Tapas. Only disappointment was the "lavender" creme brulee. Weird tasting. No charge when we returned it, but no offer of a substitute either. Generally love this place, going here for years.
Will definately go again!
Food was superb. Ambiance was very good. Servers were a little distracted because of a large party on the deck, but they were super friendly.
We enjoyed our time at Solera. The food was good, but it felt a bit pricey for what you got. I enjoy Solera more for happy hour.
Solera is our favorite restaurant. The food is outstanding, serving staff is very knowledgeable, and the wine list is extensive. We highly recommend Solera to all of our friends who are looking for a unique dining experience.
We had a reservation for 7:30 and we arrived on time. The host said they were a bit backed up and told us to sit at the bar and have a drink on the house. We never heard from him again. There was an available four top when we walked in and when we left. We left at 8 pm.

Another perfect night at one of our favorite Denver restaurants, Solera! The food was perfect as always, and tonight Goose himself helped us select our wine! Patio dining will be opening soon! Give this place a try, you won't regret it.

Excellent twice in a row! Went back after the first time.
The food was fantastic and the service was great. Even though its in a strange area, its a great date restaurant. Awesome small plate and happy hour.
Outstanding once again
We started with the small calamari, which is an ample serving and then moved on to the lobster bisque. The soup was decadent with a dollop of lump cramb meat in the center. We then a salad and the scallops. Our waiter was wonderful and split all of our small plates in the kitchen so that each course was visually appealing and always in half. It is this attention to detail that takes solera to the top. Not only is the food excellent but also the presentation and wait staff. My husband loved his birthday dinner. We will be back!
My family and I always enjoy going to Solera. The staff are so well educated regarding their menu, the wine choices, pairing etc. Giving quality service is their priority. Completely non-pretentious - such a comfortable environment. Love it!
Great food, not pretentious. Wait service just right. Very noisy though.
My friend sent her salmon entrée back because it was too salty (I tasted it and I thought I was chewing on bits of salt). My paella was a bit salty but it wasn't as bad as hers. The noise level was high I believe because the dining area is kind of small. Other than that service and food was good. Oh yes, the description our server Josh gave about the mousse I ordered was on point and it was delicious.

This restaurant does everything you would expect in fine dining without pretentiousness. Every dish was incredible, the service attentive but not overbearing, and ambience was perfect for a special date or fun night out with friends.
Days later and I'm still recalling the perfectly poached & crusted salmon on a bed of risotto and the perfectly dressed arugula salad. Excellent service. Substituted a fruit dessert that I could enjoy since the restaurant week desert options were problematic for me. Husband thoroughly enjoyed the mascarpone cheesecake. Quiet when we arrived early, but lost a star for ranging 70-75 decibels in the dining space as the room filled. As we exited noticed the bar was much quieter. We will return for the excellent food but dine early on a weekday to avoid the noise.

We went to Solera for Restaurant week.
Every morsel of food was delicious. Our waiter recommended great wines and we had a lovely evening.
Great food, great ambiance, great service
We have been to this restaurant quite a few times over the 16 years we have lived in Colorado. It has never disappointed us. The food is always good, and I have always enjoyed the ambiance, which has changed over the years. It's a warm and cozy feel. The noise is a bit loud, but not at all overpowering. And finally, the service has been quick and professional. Enjoyed our experience once again!

Restaurant Week 2016
Food choices for restaurant week were good, nicely prepared. Wine was good as well. A little noisey

Great Group Experience
I made reservations for 12 people prior to an event. We had great service - dinner was perfectly timed, which is difficult for such a large group. Solera was very accomodating. Thank you!

superb food and wine list, but not quite the intimate, romantic place expected. a bit loud with families, but it was a friday nite, and quite popular.

Server was very sweet and the salmon entree was great. We ordered oysters for appetizer and they were the absolute worst I've ever had.
Always a winner.
Solera never disappoints. It was crowded -- Valentine's Day dinner -- but the noise level didn't keep me and my husband from being able to have a conversation. Everything was delicious -- fried calamari (the small portion is plenty for 2!), the albondigas (a big serving), and the Spanish Caesar salad, which was not too large, but enough for two. We should have only ordered two of these tapas, because we also shared the paella. This is also delicious, although not a typical paella -- more of a seafood soup with rice. All of it was done well, great flavors, good portions. Service was mostly prompt (they were totally full) and friendly. Just an all-around terrific place.

Creative, delicious menu. Mussels and NY steak special were stand outs. Our 9 year old, while the only child in the restaurant, thoroughly enjoyed her dinner and was warmly welcomed. Our family felt comfortable and we received excellent service. Dessert was the least uninspired part of our meal. I would rather have had another appetizer than dessert.
I've been wanting to try this restaurant for many years, so I finally had dinner there with my fiancée and it was everything I'd hoped for! From the moment we walked through the front door we were treated with excellent service. The hostess greeted us right away and sat us at our seats. Our server, Kayla, was knowledgeable about the menu and wine list and made some great recommendations. The sequence of our tapas was timed perfectly, and everything was cooked just right. We didn't order any entrées because the tapas were so filling (we shared four). However, we did have the meat and cheese board, which I would highly recommend, and two desserts. Good food, friendly services, great atmosphere, what more could you ask for?!

Food selection is outstanding. Calamari and brussel sprouts for apps. Paella and scallops for main course was top notch. Service is fantastic. One of my favorite restaurants.
Great Food - Way Too Noisy
We often visit Solera when in Denver, as we did last Saturday. Given that it is winter, all dining is inside. The food as usual was great and the wine selection and service were very good, but several large groups of folks drove the noise level up to and beyond the indigestion point. We almost left early, and will reassess making any further visits when outside is not available.
Outstanding Food and Service
We love it here. The food is always outstanding and cooked to perfection. The service was exceptional. Very friendly. Very knowledgeable. We have eaten at most good restaurants in the city many times over, and Solera is still our "go to." Highly recommended for anyone who enjoys fine dining and exceptional food without the hefty price tag it too often comes with.
Beautiful little place!
Wonderful place. Its a diamond in the rough! I just love how small and intimate it is. The staff is so nice. The food! Please don't get me started on the food! One word? AMAZIN!
They do thing right
Tapas were flavorful and their drinks were well crafted. Their staff is there to make your evening relaxing and enjoyable. Overall the meal was a very good value. Keep up the great work.

Good food and terrific service.
We were a party of 12 people. Our server did a fantastic job!!! The food and wine were very good.

Nice servers and great food.
Always a good meal at Solera. Goose is great with flavors and pairings. The lamb shank was as good as we've had anywhere. The new arugula salad was superb. Although the paella was a bit salty, it had a great taste. Solera is our go to in our neighborhood. Don't forget the calamari.
Food was Delicious
We ordered salads, calamari, brussels sprouts, scallops, paella, 2 desserts and a few drinks. The food was very good (as always) but the server was in the weeds. We'll go back but...
