Rococo Northpark Ratings and Reviews
Food and service were excellent!
Food and service were excellent!
It was a very dear friends birthday. We took her and her husband out for dinner. This is one of their places and a top 5 of ours for "fine" dining. We love the food but the price is a bit much for the atmosphere. We still come back because of quality. was upset due to we ordered a nicer bottle of wine along with several orders of single scotch and wine by the glass for a couple of people. We loved joking wirh server but overheard her get into trouble for something we said about the carrot cake. We were joking and her job (way she makes is on tips) so she was back. I heard the manager tell her to push carrot cake for us to buy...we were going to buy already. She brought up and cake. Birthday girl doesnt luke carrot cake so we joked and then server was in trouble. We ended up ordering and a cake. They were very good. All in all a great night but meal over $350. Pricey but worth it. Management needs to ease up on staff and do to bring in more diners. It was quite dead that night at 6:00 -8:30.
We were a party of 3 and each of us enjoyed our meals very much. Two of us had seafood, each of us had different toppings. We were both happy. However, I shared a chopped salad and neither of us thought the lettuce was top quality. We will definitely go back again.
This was our first visit. The food was excellent & the staff was very nice. Our waiter, Kyle was very good!!

At $35 per person, I was very underwhelmed by the selection, presentation, quality, and lack of flavor :( I wanted badly to really enjoy our experience. As a Chef, my expectations for a Chef owned restaurant are that the food would be memorable. The service, however, was wonderful!
One of our favorite places in OKC!!!!

Great food as usual
We enjoyed the food, and atmosphere. The drinks were good, too. The waiter was pleasant, but may be not as experienced as the regulars.
Great date night!
Great for a date night, chef's choice was excellent!
Service by Ross Holland made it great.
Early Eve dinner. Extensive menu. On entering we were Disappointed because one in our party uses a walker we could not take advantage of happy hour. He could not sit at the bar. That doesn't seem like a friendly policy. Our server Ross Holland made for a wonderful experience. He was menu knowledgable. Very courteous. I commend who hired and trained him. Veal Marsala was little tough. Wedge salad we will go back for. Escargot disappointing. Extensive bar and wine selections. A little pricey. We will go again and ask for ROSS
Food and service always consistent. One of my favorite restaurants In OKC.
There were lots of options, many choices. Fruits, peel and eat shrimp, a carving station, breakfasts items...all very delicious and tasty! We will go back!
Disappointing Main dishes
The service was great, the drinks were great, the appetizers were great, but man the entrees were terrible! The lasagna was flavorless, the risotto was overcooked, the shrimp was overcooked in the fettuccine, the list goes on and on. For the price, we expected A LOT more! The kids enjoyed their meal but it's hard to mess up Mac and cheese and chicken tenders.
Great place to eat
Cool atmosphere with fantastic food! My coworkers and I go here for lunch frequently and we never leave disappointed.
We felt special
Greeted warmly on arrival. Chef called me by name and introduced himself. Two of our group are vegans and one gluten intolerant and all received special attention and a delicious meal that met their dietary requirements. Service was excellent and attentive without being overly so. Our out of town guest (Southern California) was very impressed and wants to come again.

The food is fantastic!! But the service was rude, from the moment the hostess sat us it took ten minutes for a waiter to find us. Then the waiter was rude and dismissive, he was personable to another table near by, was hit and miss with others and poor at our table. As he was pouring our bottle of wine I commented that it was our first time to visit and how lovely it was...he said nothing, said it louder and nothing. He showed absolutely no personality with us and made the experience feel like we were bothersome. When spending 75 bucks a person you have certain exceptions to be treated like a human being.
HORRIBLE NIGHT/FOOD AWFUL!
This dinner was horrible and I want my time and money back. We ordered the Valentine's special and while the fish was just ok, the shrimp was pure rubber and making matters worse was $45 and included no side. The shrimp could not be cut with a knife it was that bad. The lighting at our table was non-existent. The small candle had burned out and the overhead lighting did not work. The waiter did not explain the menu or answer any questions we had without attitude.

Overall good experience. Great romantic atmosphere, good service. They were out of ribeye steaks & lasagna which was a little disappointing, but the food we ordered was wonderful none the less, flavor was excellent. The little side salads were a little pricey considering they were pretty small, and we were a little disappointed no bread of any sort was offered before or with our meals, especially with the pasta platters.
Not what we expected
Made a reservation here and it was not what we expected. It was nice that it was quiet and we were able to hear each other but it was connected to a mall. Not exactly a way to tell that for someone that just moved here. Food was good though!
Romance was lacking on Valentine's Day
The place was bustling, the waiters shouting over people, didn't get waited on for at least 10 minutes, took another 15 to get our drinks. Appetizers were good but cold. Sat us next to a foursome who were up a level so they basically looked down on us...so not such a romantic evening as we had hoped it would be...
Love Riccoco for Dinner
We had dinner at Ricoco with 4 other couples on Valentine's Day after the theater. Sat at the bar while waiting for our table then had a wonderful meal. Appetizers, entrees, and desserts were all delicious. Very nice atmosphere, and not so loud that our large group couldnt visit. We will be back!
Great place to celebrate a birthday
We celebrated my mother's 75th birthday there, and we chose the place sight unseen. It turned out to be a great place to celebrate her birthday. I was initially disappointed to find out it was a buffet, but the food was outstanding, and the wait staff very attentive. I live in the Baltimore/Washington DC area but I would definitely return to Rococo's.
Food was good, service was very good. Hostess apologized for our table location, seems the younger crowd got the best tables. Good value but similar what you would get at the Sheraton but the drinks were cheap. No chocolate desserts on Valentines day. It was only $25 so no complaints.

Excellent as always. Attentive service. Pasta perfectly cooked, seafood always spot on, one of the best places to get risotto in Oklahoma and without question, the king of Crab Cakes! Can't wait to go back.
Made sure to have a reservation due to it being Valentine's Day. Arrived at 7:30 prompt and checked in. Two couples who arrived after us were immediately seated. One couple, I overheard saying their reservation wasn't until 8. Our table felt like it was put in its space to handle extra traffic due to the holiday. Our waiter was very nice, but kept forgetting things and was slow. Our dinner arrived right after our salad did. Was going to just let it all go until I got an email from Open Table asking why we didn't honor our reservation. Called the restaurant to speak with manager and still haven't received a response. Will not dine there again.
Great for a special occasion
Best crab cake in town. The menu is really good, and offer an array of dishes not offered at other popular restaurants. Service is excellent, and the quiet ambience makes it the perfect place for date night or special occasions.

Amazing great food great service.
Amazing great food great service.
We haven't visited Roccoco's at this location before but we're extremely pleased . The guys had their fillet special and us girls had the veal scallopine. It was the best I've ever had. The bar is set beautifully. Just a note: if there is live music (which is a nice touch), don't sit too close to the performers...it's difficult to talk.
Could have been a 5 star experience
My wife and I and two other couples celebrated a birthday with dinner at Rococo's. We were greeted warmly by a delightful young woman and shown to our seats. The waiter came to the table promptly and was very helpful and friendly. We each had a couple of cocktails, some appetizers and, of course, dinner. The drinks and food were all excellent. The waiter even brought a free dessert to the birthday boy. We paid the bill and continued to talk and finish our drinks. To that point, it had been a delightful evening. I want to note that there was an empty 6 top immediately behind us and no line of people waiting for a seat. I'll admit we lingered a bit, but we also paid some pretty good sized tabs. As we chatted, our waiter came to our table and snidely told us that we could stay all might if we wanted, and if we washed some dishes, he'd knock some money off the tab. I made light of it, but it really ticked all of us off. I waited tables in the past and I never would have dreamed of being so rude to a customer, especially after getting a 20% tip. It turned a five star experience into a three star experience. The food is the only reason I did not go down to one star.
This a great place for a relaxed Sunday Brunch. Omelettes are delicious.
Worst Service I have ever had in my life!
We've been going to Rococos for years. I never have had a bad experience & the food is ALWAYS amazing. However, our dining experience has got me to the point of no return. How it started....When I originally called to get a reservation I was left on hold for 15 minutes. I hung up & made my reservation via open table. I figured that they may have been busy or accidentally forgot I was holding. An isolated incident. (This should have been my first clue.) We arrived early & figured we would sit at the bar until we could go to our table. We had a party of eight. The bartender was great & very nice! Once we sat down to our table though that's when it all went downhill. I'm not sure who our actual waiter was because we delt with at least 3 different people serving us. The first guy got our drink order & appetizer. Getting our drink order down was nothing short of a fiasco. That's just the beginning. The second waiter came over and asked For our drink order again. Obviously communication was null & void between employees. So the second waiter took our drink order again & when he did he had two drinks he was clearing from our table. We asked him very politely if he heard us ask for another drink. He didn't reply back or acknowledge that we asked for anything. He held out his arms, empty glasses in each hand & said to us "do you see I only have two hands?" We chalked it up to maybe he was having a bad day. So we tried to make sure to be polite as possible. The next instance occurred with our appetizer order. At this point we're annoyed, walking on egg shells, & we are being polite, we're trying to understand what we did to be treated so badly to begin with & that's exactly what I asked the manager. She did say sorry but was completely annoyed & dismissive of our complaints. There's so much more that happened & can't fit it all in. But trust me when I say the service is the absolute worst in the world. Eat somewhere else!

Had a spotlight on our dinner at the beginning but they made changes after numerous people complained. Spotlight was from a radio station telecasting online.
When we arrived they said we had no reservation. They acted as if we would not be seated. I showed them the reservation confirmation on my cell phone and they said they had been having trouble with Open Table and they would get us a table. We were sent to the bar. We were there a short time and they took us to a table. Our server's arms were covered with tattoos which could be covered with a long sleeve shirt. The food was very good but the experience could have been improved upon.

FOOD IS AMAZING! You must get the CRAB CAKE! I'm from Maryland and you don't find good seafood unless you head east! Had a grand time enjoying this place.
Don't come hungry
Portions were small, especially the apps and sides. Smallest order of calamari I've ever ordered. Quality was good. Waitstaff was understaffed. Either attempted to do a good job but had too many tables.

Tried the Ossobuco which was one of the features. It was the best I've ever tasted. Also had a crab cake which are true Maryland Style crab cakes and very good. Great service.
Thanksgiving Day Brunch
What a surprise to find that Rococo was offering a Thanksgiving Day brunch when I was looking for a place to take our daughter. The atmosphere was so warm, friendly and cozy. All of the staff seemed to be happy to serve us and glad we were there. The buffet contained all of the Thanksgiving standards and very well prepared. We were not disappointed! I did miss pumpkin pie however, but the pecan pie and spice cake were a good replacement. It was a great holiday meal.
