   Waited over 90 mins for food. Random servers kept trying to drop off other people‘s food at our table. When our food did come out two people’s were cold and ones was wrong. Our server was aware of the lengthy timeframe and the mistakes, but didn’t really do anything about it except apologize one time

   The food took over an hour to arrive, drinks not delivered timely, waitress apologized for the cooks, my food was not fresh but my husband had egg (1) toast and potatoes- his bacon was served 10 minutes later! They comp our meal and brought us dessert which I could not eat. Sad Easter brunch!

   Overall the food was very good and we had a great server. Our food did take a long time to get out and our drinks took a long time to get refilled.

   We went after Easter Service so noise levels were understandable high. My guest got the custard French Toast and I ordered the Scrambled Eggs, breakfast potatoes, bacon and fresh fruit. The French Toast was dry and the eggs were overcooked. The drinks were not replenished in a timely manner and the meal was ridiculously expensive. If brunch is any example of the other meals I would not recommend Firebirds.

   Great service and delicious food. The level of quality at this restaurant is very high for the price point. The management and staff should be congratulated. Reservations a must.

   Had to remind server to bring my drink. Salad was ordered ahead of time but came 3 minutes before entree. Pasta dish was cold. The manager did comp the pasta dish so that made up for it. Honestly the prices were the most surprising at how much they have gone up since we went there last.

   Our waitress Laura was fantastic. Very attentive with a desire to make sure the experience was the best. She was personable, genuine, and willing to go the extra mile to make sure all dietary restrictions or questions regarding menu items were answered. I had this Salmon with double vegetables. Not gonna lie, I was a little disappointed to discover it was only two shrimp on my plate, but it's not a deal breaker. Everyone else seemed to really enjoy their food too, with the exception of the charred carrots. 🤔🤣 They literally tasted like a boot shop smells. Like leather. All in all, I would highly recommend this restaurant. I was very pleased with our experience, the atmosphere, and welcoming of all staff considering we were celebrating our dad's 70th birthday.

    Server forgot to put our order in after our appetizers, so took forever to get our dinner. 2 Hamburgers came out raw. Think kitchen rushed our food out once they realized we’d been waiting 30 minutes. Worst experience at Firebirds I’ve ever had.
