My wife and I showed up on time (5:30) for our reservation. A couple entered just ahead of us and it was clear they didn't have a reservation based on over hearing their conversation with the hostess. They were as to sit in the waiting area. My wife and I were also asked to wait while they cleared some tables. No issue so far, but it was clear the restaurant wasn't very busy. We did notice several staff members standing around in the bar area chatting with each other. No employees seemed to be in a rush to do anything. A few minutes later another party of 3 entered and also had to wait. Meanwhile, the first couple ahead of us with no reservation was seated at a table. We continued to wait. 20 minutes later the party of 3 who entered after us was also seated. We are now 25 minutes past our reservation time in a half empty restaurant. My wife and I decided this was not the restaurant of service we would like to spend our money on and got up to walk out. The hostess stared at us as we were leaving and never said a word. We promptly went to another restaurant and were seated immediately. While at the other restaurant, I sent Prati a message through the OpenTable app and it was never responded to. I would discourage people from patronizing this establishment until there is proper management in place and better communication/work ethic from the staff. We were unable to try the food so I can't comment in that area.

Your staff was very accommodating. We were initially seated in the glass room adjacent to the booths. It was very crowded and noisy and I asked to be moved. The hostess quickly moved us to the booth facing the kitchen and we had a lovely dinner. Elle was our waitress and she was exceptionally helpful and kind, as we were dining with our elderly parents, and it was a bit challenging. Thank you for great food, helpful staff, and a lovely dining experience!

Late to seat our reservation, server took 10 minutes to get to us and take a drink order. We were there celebrating 3 events and neither server, or management acknowledged it. Very disappointing experience
