My "Nth" Local 3 Excursion
This visit was to celebrate and treat a good friend's new job -- and so the luncheon meal and service had to be as good as they always are at Local 3. They were. Patrick again served us - and no one is better! He is sharp, friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive without intruding. Though the hummus was out of stock as an appetizer, my friend's husband ordered a smoked trout with onion dip and the house chips. Ironically, it was one of the only disappointments I've ever had: apparently the trout had swum right past the dip and back into the stream. I noted its scantness to Patrick - and when the check came, it had been removed from the bill. Everything else was great: salads, sandwiches, down to the details. My fried catfish sandwich was delicious - good fish, good crispy batter, excellent sauce and relish, all making for a fine sandwich! My wife had a grilled chicken sandwich and kale side salad -- my friend had a cold noodle salad with grilled chicken -- her husband had their stunning burger -- all perfection. So, missing trout aside, Local 3 again delivered its usual promise to be unique, tasty, fairly priced, and with all the right touches in ambience and personality. I go again and again and again - happily!
Local Three is one of my faves
Great experience every time! Food and service are always on point! Best veggie burger I've ever had!
As always, Chris Hall & company never ceases to amaze us with what comes from the kitchen. We normally come here at least two – three times a month for brunch. We really enjoy Local Three because the menu changes regularly. We really love the concept that you walk through the kitchen to get your food. You can see the cooks making small batches of more food as things run low. Everything there is well prepared, and cooked with fresh local ingredients. The staff is friendly, and super laid back Definitely make reservations.

Great service and delicious food
great place to make a good impression
The food here never disappoints, and we appreciated our server's knowledgeable recommendations. Eclectic decor made my dinner companion smile and comment favorably without distracting from our meal. The ample portion of beets and strawberries we started with worked nicely with the diver scallops, and a round of bourbon from their lengthy selection made a nice aperitif. My stuffed trout confirmed it's status as my favorite entree, and the chocolate-banana cake rounded out our dinner perfectly. My only regret was that the food was so good we lingered overlong and I felt like I should have tipped more to compensate our server (did I mention she was excellent?) for taking up the table than the otherwise generous tip we left.
Amazing food and service as always.
Our server was great, we have had her many times before and she always does such a great job.
Food is knock your socks off awesome!
The food here is just awesome. Had a short rib burger special that was just absurd! Our server, Gnick, was awesome!

A must go-to place in Atlanta
I have taken several out-of-town business clients here and Local Three never disappoints! The food is delicious and the service has always been top-notch. I give this place a perfect ten and two thumbs up.
Rainy Days and Mondays
Old friend who moved to Boston from Atlanta 5 years ago was in town. We enjoyed bourbon in the bar along with truffle popcorn to jump start the fun. Although we had to wait a minute for service when seated for our dinner reservation, it was well worth the wait for chicken and dumplings and the delicious smoky mushroom vegetarian pasta. Make sure you sample the yeast rolls with sea salt - soooo good! Always love the vibe and food and the apology for our wait was more than accepted. Thanks again - we will be back soon!

This used to be one of our favorites but it just hasn't been as good the last couple times. Nothing really caught our eye on the menu this time and what we ordered was good but not remarkable. (Apps were ahi tuna dish and a morel/polenta, followed by basically a pork taco dish and a vegetable carbonara, then creme brûlée to finish) That is setting aside the fact that it's sneaky expensive. A $15 appetizer should have more than 3 cubes of tuna in it. Walking out of here we didn't feel like we had a $200 meal. Sadly Local Three will probably fall out of the rotation for awhile for us.
Fabulous service, equally as fabulous menu.
Wonderful waiter, wonderful wine list, FABULOUS food!
My first visit here and brunch was extraordinary!
Very unique restaurant and obviously a creative cooking and design staff. Loved the concept for brunch of the customers filing through the kitchen and serving themselves. Fresh concept and highly creative menu. Will be back!
Great Anniversary Experience
We celebrated our 10th wedding anniversary at Local Three and they went out of their way to make us feel special and made sure we enjoyed ourselves. Food was well thought out and delicious. Lots of great options. Service was over the top. The extensive bourbon list can't be topped.

Everything was incredible. Food & drink were delicious. A little pricey, but it is what it is for buckhead dining.
My "Go To" Place
Consistently interesting and high quality offerings. My neighborhood "go to" spot for lunch, dinner and happy hour.
Outstanding, but I'm sure you already know that!
Excellent food, service and atmosphere. We went there for Easter Brunch and I would go back in a heartbeat. Highly recommend.

The brunch buffet is awesome!!! Great food choices and the service is excellent!! It was worth every penny.
Thanks to Local Three for hosting my THIRD special event within the last few years. I have always enjoyed the brunch buffet, dinner options (they even designed a custom menu for my birthday last year) and extensive bourbon list. I was recently engaged and couldn't think of a better place for us to celebrate. It was beautiful (as usual) with so much natural light and the murmurs of Sunday afternoon chatter. They gave us complimentary champagne and the only small note that I have is for them to make non-pork options for the menu :-) For example, having bacon in the delicious quiche without bacon-less quiche means that I couldn't sneak food off of my fiance's plate, lol. I can't wait for us to celebrate a special occasion again in the future!
Definitely coming back!
Loved the fish finger and hot sauce, the grouper was delicioso and the Brussels sprouts were to die for!! Great whiskey/bourbon collection to boot.

I've been to Local Three several times over the years. Fantastic ambiance, small plates are excellent. The McDowell (Burger) has been a consistently good meal. Can't say the same about other entrees. Stay away from the fried cheese cake.
Cool pictures and music along with unique, high qulaity dishes and something for everyone made this place the perfect experience for us!

We were a bit early for our reservation so we proceeded to the bar until the rest of our party arrived. The female bartender did not appear to be interested in us and or give us much an opinion on the wine list. When seated for dinner I got the same 'vibe' from our server..she didn't introduce herself and I got the distinct impression she wasn't overly interested in us. Coming to take our orders lagged and I wasn't sure if she had forgotten about us. Once our food arrived the service did get better and the meal did end on a good note. All the appetizers entrees and desserts were very good.
Food was good. Portions were surprisingly small.
I ordered a cup of the Cervena Venison chili and the roasted broccoli salad. I was not expecting the soup to be so small for the price. The roasted broccoli salad portion was small as well and I was not expecting a a few broccoli sitting on top of a bed of romaine. The lettuce part was not in the description. The flavor was good but between the portion and mostly lettuce, I thought $12.93 was a little pricey for that.

Local Three Brunch
Chris Hall & Staff never fail to amaze me. A new menu every weekend. Each visit to the kitchen yields a different delight. I cant express how much I enjoy this and the other restaurants owned by Mr. Hall, Mr. Mussman and Mr. Turner. I highly recommend the Sunday Brunch here, it's awesome. But also try out the specialty dinners , We were here for Valentine's. Awesome as always, The Bourbon Dinners are something to try also. Oh, and by the way you look mesmerizing .
The Owner's of Muss & Turner's have established another great restaurant and bar. Brunch is fantastic buffet, bourbon list is massive and ambiance is incredible. Food is phenomenal. Try the brusselsprout app to die for, especially if you don't eat sprouts! And get the "Hungry Man" short rib stroganoff served TV Dinner style with a brownie on an old school lunch trey! Nostalgic!! Will be coming back with more friends!!
Great ambiance, hideaway restaurant
I love the vibe of Local Three. Any guest/visitor would be impressed with both the menu selections (food and drink) and the building itself. We enjoyed a seat by the window, which offered a great view, but the front of the house by the bar is a great place to sit too. They have a room tucked away that would be great for a small group. The food was delicious, and the wine and bourbon list extensive. My husband enjoyed a flight of bourbon -- three (or four, I can't recall) bourbons that he selected from the long list. It was not a pre-determined group for the flight. Very nice.
We always eat here before we go to the Cobb Energy Center. Really well prepared rotating/seasonal menu. Always solid service and food. And the cocktails are quite good as well.
Great food and decent service
Great food, this is one of our favorite spots. Menu changes daily and seasonally. On most recent visit the waitress disappeared for a while and we had to sit there and wait on her. Otherwise, service is usually very good here!
I had brunch @Local Three twice and every time I am leaving this place I am leaving it as an extremly happy and full person😊 The food is soooooo good the service is top and the location gives me a lil being home in europe feeling. I usually do not write reviews but this place deserves at least 10 👍's
