Excellent, creative food and drinks. Server Nancy was lovely. Will definitely return.
an excellent place. Food spectacular
This was a recommendation, Highly deserved 5 stars. Great food, good knowledgeable service. Great Wines. Flavour combinations excellent
Wonderful food. Great service.
A great place to go after skiing. The food was delicious. It was our friend's birthday and dessert was on the house.
We went back 2 nights later to try more of the small plates on the menu. We loved everything we ordered!!
Great find in Steamboat
We were on vacation in Steamboat and lucky to find Laundry. Unique combinations of food that are very flavorful and tasty. From the small plates, we enjoyed the Bison Carpaccio, superb, as well as the Duck Carnitas, the chicharrones (excellent) and the cures. We also had the Buffalo Short Ribs, which were tender, tasty and the leftovers came home to the hotel for a snack. If in Steamboat, make the trip to Laundry. Great ambience, service and food.
Eclectic small plates
A great place for good food and drinks. The small plate format works well and allows you to sample a wide range of delicious items. All of the dishes we had were wonderful. Modern takes on classics like chicken pot pie. While many places try this approach it really works at Laundry. The drinks are great too with both classics and modern spins. We went the last night we were in Steamboat. Too bad since if we'd gone earlier in the week we would definitely have gone back again.
Gem in Steamboat
I was blown away by the quality and execution of the dishes on the menu. Tasty and unusual combinations - many served tapas-style so everyone got to taste. Overall, this was a very good value and it was my best meal in town!
Great after-ski dining on a Monday night
Warm atmosphere with brick and barn wood interior. Lively conversation all around. Just the right amount of upscale for a ski town. Not pretentious, and interesting and delicious dishes presented in Tapas sharing style. You want to order one of everything on the menu.
Great small plates
This is our first stop whenever we are in Steamboat. We love to order several small plates and share them. Have not had a bad dish yet

The food was amazing, Don (waiter) was excellent and the environment was relaxing and fun. Will definitely make Laundry a "to do" on every annual ski trip. Laundry is truly a gem in Steamboat!
A little pricey but way worth it!
Unique food & drinks. The waiter was over the top helpful in explaining the menu. A little shocked at the final tab but for a family of 4 that had 6 speciality cocktails and 2 teenage boys to fill up I guess that is to be expected. The plates are, let's say, sample size so to feed a hefty appetite (or hungry teenagers) then the small plates keeps adding up. But don't get me wrong, we absolutely loved this place and it's fabulous food!!! The atmosphere, vibe, and not-so-stuffy atmosphere were very comfortable and not intimidating. I highly recommend this restaurant. And book reservations. You'll thank me later;)

First time eating here while in Steamboat. It was amazing. Both food and service was great. Will return next year.
Great find in Steamboat
Food was great--even my picky eaters loved it! A must try is the chocolate pudding molten cake-outta this world! Thanks Laundry for a great evening out!

We had an outstanding meal at Laundry, thank you Open Table for recommending it! It's a shared-plate type of place that serves great cocktails. We had the infused honey rum cocktail that was delicious! For shared plates we had the smoked cheddar with prosciutto, the chichirones (fried pork skins), bison carpaccio, duck tacos, pasole, pow pow shrimp and for dessert we had the gelato with key lime brûlée. All incredible and delicious. Out server was Ryan and he was just great. Definitely would recommend this place!

Dishes are to be shared. Loved the Hash and Ribs with Coconut Rice. Wonderful Service.
Very interesting and flavorful tapas menu
Lots of interesting combos, made for an interesting and enjoyable meal. Highlights included the Beef Brisket and the Hash. Pow Pow Shrimp and Duck Tacos were also pretty good. The table next to us got a cheese and meat plate that looked very good, unfortunately we did not. Desserts also sounded very interesting, although we didn't end up getting any.
Very interesting food. Small plates were a big hit. Not for little kids
Overpriced & underserved
We had gone to the Laundry for the 1st (& last) time on Monday night. We had read good things about it but were disappointed with the service. Our server disappeared shortly after we ordered and all of our food was brought to the table by people we had never met. We never did see our server until it was time for the bill. We also felt that the prices were way too high. On another note, I ordered Carpaccio, Cheese plate and some Shietzo peppers. I expected the peppers first, then the cheese plate &,finally, the Carpaccio. Instead, I got the Carpaccio first, then the peppers and finally the cheese plate. Poor service combined with food out of order. Finally, my wife ordered the Short Ribs and they were so sweet she couldn't eat them. We will not return to the Laundry nor will we recommend it to our friends and neighbors. e
Some of the best menu items I've ever seen or tasted. The combinations are great I thoroughly enjoyed my meal from small plates to the entree to the desert. The pickle jar was on of the best menu items I have ever had the pleasure to eat anywhere.
Great food and drinks
Once again, Laundry provided us with a great meal and experience. We thoroughly enjoyed our different menu choices and cocktails. The biggest surprise was the Buffalo Carpaccio, which we devoured like ravenous animals. It was so good! We also had a smoked cheddar and sausage plate, Pow Pow shrimp, Brussels Sprouts Hash, and the Chicken and Dumplings. All were great. For dessert we shared the cupcake and the salted caramel pudding - both enjoyed and none left on the plates. Highlight of the cocktails was the Battle of New Orleans, which our table shared two of the fiery drinks. Service was great and we just love the ambiance, too. We'll be back!
Love the building this restaurant is in, really adds to the experience. The pow pow & pork belly are not to be missed, can`t wait to return and try other items on the menu.
Excellent food, great service.
The food is excellent no matter what you order but the service makes the difference as the bring out one dish after another but timed perfectly. Never felt rushed or too much food at one time. Loved every minute of dinner. Wine selection was very good and the desserts were wonderful. I can't wait to go back.
Everything about our experience was wonderful!!!
The food was fantastic, the service was fantastic and the atmosphere was super fun. We absolutely loved our time at The Laundry and hope that we can visit again soon. Enjoy!!
Twice as nice
We enjoyed our experience at Laundry so much, we returned the next night. Excellent service from our waiter, Tristian. The buffalo short rib was my favorite; however, you can't make a bad choice here. Go and see for yourself. This is a must for us when visiting the Boat.
A varied and fabulous laundry list
We had a great meal at Laundry with our party of 5! Great drinks and fun sharing menu! Our waiter, who is also one if the bartenders, was fabulous!

Loved Laundry. Waiter was very knowledgeable and helped us make decisions...all correctly! Atmosphere cozy and food outstanding. We will return.
A group of 8 went for dinner. The service was excellent - the food was creative and tasty. Wine choices were very good. The atmosphere is fun and lively and may be a little loud, but the energy level says a lot about how good the food and service is.
Very good food and service
We had all small plates so we could try a number of items. Everything we had was very good. We are often disappointed with places that have excellent reviews and then they just don't measure up, but that was not the case with Laundry. We were more than pleased with the entire experience
Great food and even better service
Everything we ate was wonderful, and the service was incredible. The great atmosphere is clearly a reflection of a committed group of staff members.
Laundry has a great atmosphere. The service from beginning to end was superb. Super nice and helpful. We love to try several small plates- they were all delicious. And the buffalo short ribs were outstanding
This wasn't our first visit to the Laundry. It's become an annual pilgrimage for my Daughter in Laws birthday, the food is great.. Essentially Colorado tapas! And the bar cocktails and on the premise spirit infusions would be difficult to beat even in down town New York. Not surprisingly it's become increasingly difficult to get a table... Book early!
The brussel sprout hash was wonderful. A great blend of flavors. Followed by pork belly. Cooked to a delicious tenderness with biscuits and jam. A surprisingly delightful combination. The buffalo ribs with the jasmine rice and coconut milk were amazing. Two small plates and 1 large was plenty for 3 people. The infused cocktail of the day was mild but refreshing. The dessert was good, but I am not a big dessert person. Could have lived without it. But others really liked the salted carmel. Would try the peach cobbler next time.
Delicious eclectic food!!
A very hip spot..I consider myself a foodie...Wonderful dinner with awesome flavors.

Laundry was recommendation by a friend of a friend and we appreciate their suggestion to dine there...creative and innovative food/menu. Loved the small plate approach which gives you a chance to try and share multiple items. We also ate at Rex Brice's other venue,Salt & Lime...equally good and a real value. Unfortunately they don't take reservations but we didn't have a problem getting in. If in Steamboat try one or both....you won't be disappointed.

Great service, drinks and food. Brussels sprouts, duck tacos and chicken & dumplings were all amazing.
Amazing food! Small plates are not-so-small! :)
Steamboat is my hometown (yes - I'm a native!), and I still get up there every month or so. I've been meaning to go to Laundry for quite some time . So glad I finally made it! We took mom for an early birthday celebration. Knowing it was small plate style, I was expecting comments from the men about needing to order lots of extra rolls. Yeah, you know the type. Surprisingly the plates were of good size, and the food was amazing! I believe there was a rosemary gastrique on the fries... yum!! And the hash (brussel sprouts, potatoes, goat cheese, bacon... double yum. Only slight downside is that it is pretty noisy. But definitely worth a visit!
A Real Nice Mountain Surprise
Laundry was recommended to me, so I expected that it would be good. That said, I was really impressed with the service, the variety of food choices (it is small plates so kind of to be expected), the quality of the food and at the end of the night a VERY reasonable bill. After spending resort prices for decent food most of our trip, it was a breath of fresh air to not feel like another overspend. Nice room that feels intimate yet lively.

Took our 5 boys ages 20-11 yrs. We did not expect the tapas style dining, but it ended up being our favorite dinner of the trip. Would definitely go back. Drinks were different and delicious.
