Pair it with your choice of artisanal cocktails, craft beers and over 75 wines by the glass and 500 wines. In fact, we’re the only restaurant in Greensboro to receive the Wine Spectator “Best of Award of Excellence”. We invite you to join us at Green Valley Grill, adjacent to the O.Henry Hotel and Friendly Center in Greensboro.

Our courtyard dining is very busy during this time. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee outdoor dining reservations. If you request outdoor dining, we will add your name to the list in the order reservations are made. You may call and see where you are on the list if you’d like.

    Jeannine, our server, was excellent and personable. My husband chose the fennel crusted grouper and it was terrific. I chose the eggplant with orzo and smoked tomatoes. That particular entree was a disappointment. GVG needs a better vegetarian option - or at least an upgrade to that dish. Wine choices were plentiful, as were the desserts. GVG remains one of our favorite places for a nice evening out.

    Even after trying numerous restaurants in Greensboro, nothing compares to Green Valley. Each visit is consistently good. Even though prices have increased, it’s still a great value for the quality of food and the uality service. We’ll keep coming back!

    Great dinner for Father's Day and it was just fine even though they were swamped because of the holiday. Jeanine, our server, was a delight and we never felt she was rushed...very attentive to our questions, refilling glasses, etc. I usually go to GVG for brunch, but glad I got to have dinner this time. DH was very happy and it was all about him yesterday.

    Always amazing! As the weather gets warmer, cool things off with a French75 to start - a just-sweet-enough, dreamy elixir to bring magic 🪄 into your day. Then consider the pecan crusted trout with a deceptively simple-looking lemon sauce that will have you swooning…what are you waiting for?

    We had to remind our server about things, we had to get other employees attention because we were waiting longer than normal for our server. We also had to prompt her we were ready to order after she had been to the table at least 5 times. Then half the table had left I had my hand raised with my card so she could see it. She stopped by, then came back still no check. So I mentioned it to her. I assume she forgot again and then remembered so she sent someone else over with our check at that point I decided to look for cash as the last few didn’t want to wait for someone to come back to get the card and then wait for the receipt.

    Green Valley Grill on Father’s Day was fabulous, as always! Our server was totally on it; the food was outstanding, and everything as very nice; although, they were very busy! I have never been disappointed, and we have been here on many occasions.

    GVG is always very good, often outstanding. Visited this time for Father's Day Brunch. Very GF accommodating. Mimosas were a bit underwhelming. Atmosphere slightly more energetic than usual given the crowd. Food was excellent. One of our "go to" spots for a family occasion.
