Feast - Tucson Ratings and Reviews
Excellent food, small slip in service
For starters my wife had the Burrata Cheese and I had a half portion of the Fennel Salad. Both were excellent. The cocktails were very well done and came out quickly as did the appetizers. Not too fast or slow, just right. The main course, on the other hand, took much too long. We were fine but it did get a bit ridiculous. They apologized and poured my wife a free refill on her wine. That said, the main courses were outstanding. My wife had the day's special which was a pork tenderloin dish. She raved about it. I had a dish from the regular menu, Sautéed Maine Lobster and Sea Scallops, served over shrimp and cauliflower hash, with coconut milk reduction, tat soi and vadouvan. It was really excellent as well. This is a casual looking place with a very neat menu. Despite the slip in service, I will return next time I am in Tucson.
Spirited and Inspired
The Owner / Exec chef is not only a truly talented chef he is a kind soul and cares about all of his guests. The menu changes frequently always adding things I want to try. The use of unusual ingredients surprises even the most sophisticated foodies.
Fried Green Tomatoes on Mahi Sandwich?
I love dining at Feast and usually have a wonderful main hot entree. This time I was less hungry so I ordered the Grilled Mahi sandwich and I was so surprised! The Mahi was very nicely grilled but the hit of the sandwich was the fish joined by the fried green tomatoes! It was fish, but crunchy and rich overall with the tomatoes and all the other accompaniments. It was such a tasty combination. And I always love the simple green side salad with the mild tasty dressing -- so light and refreshing. I love eating at Feast!
Our third time to dine here wasn't disappointing. Their menu offers consistently good entree selections. Not your run-of-the-mill restaurant. The serving staff is well trained. The food is delivered with eye appeal, fresh, and hot. We dined on a Monday evening with friends. The main dining room filled up quickly and the noise level rose made conversation somewhat difficult.
The leg of lamb was so tough we had to send it
back and order something else. Didn't feel the food was worth the value assigned to it.
Always a Feast!
We're new in town, and we've tried lots of places. Our easily ended search for the best food in town: Feast! This is the friendliest, most relaxed, and most sophisticated (without pretension) food we've found. Doug and his team have created our go-to spot for dependable fine dining!

The entire dining experience was outstanding! We made a late decision to eat there and we're able to find a reservation opening on Open Table. The service was amazing and even the smallest details were taken care of. My water glass never got empty and the food came out in a very timely manner between courses. As a vegetarian, I was excited to see that they had more than a couple of vegetarian options for appetizers and entrees. Upon our departure I was informed by our server that the menu changes every month, and now I'm excited to go back in May and see what the new options will be. This place is a must try and I'll definitely be back!
Great Good and Service
The food was delicious and the menus had interesting choices. The wine list was beyond superb and the service attentive without being overly dominant.

Great service, innovative food , and comfortable setting centrally located in Tucson. Very welcoming and personable staff, especially the manager.
Great service. Good food.

Had dinner at Feast Wednesday night. If you haven't been, GO! It was hands down the best dinner I've ever enjoyed in Tucson. Food was fantastic from the starters to the desserts. Cappuccinos had perfect foam. The menu changes the first Tuesday of the month so there are always new dishes to try. The Chef checked in with all tables. This may seem like a trivial item but it's huge for me......black linen napkins instead of white so no lint! My new favorite.
Great suggestions by waiter and chef!

Everything was delicious.
Everything was delicious.
Food was fantastic. Service great. Our server was amazing. Also, the gentleman bringing our drinks and taking our places was outstand. He was so great answering questions, etc. He also had great manners and was very police and patient.
Every meal we've had at Feast has been outstanding. Our server/bartender Lisa was very helpful and attentive. We both ordered the special of the evening - flounder. It was perfectly prepared and unique.
Food was delicious, innovative. We will definitely return to "Feast" on our next trip to Tucson. Service was excellent. We appreciated talking with the Chef- nice touch.
Everything about Feast met our high expectations and standards. Seated quickly, excellent service, wonderful cocktails, delicious foods , lovely wines. If we lived in Tucson, this would be our regular spot.
Love this restaurant. Always great for special occasions. Nice wine list and access to real sommeliers. Owner checks in with tables which is the mark of a fine restaurant.
I am a devoted Feastling
Feastling is the name attached to those of us who appreciate the culinary expertise and creativity of Doug Levy. There is simply no place quite as delightful.

Will go back again and again. Service and food superb.
The menu is unique and is creatively put together. Particularly like the unusual appetizers. The staff is very friendly and the owner-chef is fun. We visit Tucson for part of the winter from Rhode Island and look forward to 2 or 3 visits to Feast.
We both enjoyed an excellent filet mignon with wonderfully flavorful sides. The excellent bottle of merlot recommended by Doug was a welcome change from our regular choices. Chocolate fudge cookies great as usual!

This was our second experience at Feast and it was indeed a wonderful experience once again. Having the chef stop by a couple of times during the dinner was special, along with excellent food, a lovely Arizona wine and great service.

Was a great find!
We had a great dinner here. Loved the atmosphere, energetic and up beat! Had the fish which was light and delicious. Salad was outstanding! The cauliflower appetizer was a little off for me, the sauce had no flavor. Desserts were average but overall a wonderful option for this town!

A superb dining experience for Tucson. The dishes were well thought out and the attention to detail was clear with interesting sauces. Hard to find good fish dishes but the Snapper was excellent. As we're the scallops and accompanying sauces. The wine list was one of the most extensive I have seen in a small market town. Extremely reasonable prices.
Great meal, as always. Lucky to have this quality of restaurant in Tucson.

We were seated promptly in a nicely decorated room. Cauliflower appetizer was deep fried and greasy. Simple salad was too simple and swimming in vinaigrette. Lobster bread pudding was a winner but so filling that it should probably be an entree rather than an appetizer. Mushroom vegetarian entree was swimming in oil. Filet of beef was very over cooked and accompanying mushrooms and potatoes were unattractive and bland. This was our second try at Feast. The menu always sounds great but the food is a letdown,
A well worth it visit
Recommended by a local when we came to visit. Our waitress was fun and knowledgable, but not "overdone". Food was uniquely prepared and very tasty. Would definitely come back.!!
Met three women for business/pleasure dinner. All four of us had amazing entrees and were delighted by the options. Fine service and chef circulated among guests to ask how we were with our choices. Keep up the good customer relations! And don't stop trying new and different combinations of fresh and delicious ingredients!
As usual, our evening at Feast was perfect. The food is always top notch, and the service is impeccable. The owner/manager dropped by our table to make sure everything was going well. It was easy to get a reservation, and even though we arrived about 20 minutes early, and one of our party had not been able to attend, we were seated quickly. A great evening.
Excellent, Attentive to Details
This was not our first trip to Feast and we found it to be a great experience as we have in the past. There is always an excellent choice of wine (an extensive wine list) and the food combinations are always an enjoyable surprise. Highly recommend the steak with mushroom custard; fresh snapper also first class.
Terrific farm-to-table restaurant featuring local cuisine. Extensive wine list with knowledgeable and helpful staff. Owner came around to all tables to make sure everything was satisfactory. Meal was outstanding, lovely experience. Ambience is eclectic modern, noise level tolerable, slightly noisy. But that means lots of people were having a good time! I know we did. Dined on 3/11/16.
Great combination of flavors and vast wine selection.
Much more than I was expecting. The wine list was awesome, and the unique seasonal recipes were exquisite. we will make it a point to go back each month, as they change the specialties to match the seasons! Loved it1
