Delmonico Steakhouse is elegant and luxurious both in cuisine and atmosphere while offering a comfortable, approachable ambiance that is as breathtaking as it is inviting. With one of the top meat selections globally, Delmonico Steakhouse focuses on in-house dry aging Creekstone Farm meat selections. Inspired by Chef Emeril’s New Orleans culinary roots, the emphasis on Creole cooking builds upon French techniques with an infusion of robust flavors that elevate the traditional steakhouse experience using the freshest and finest ingredients.     Service spotty and inconsistent I have been to Delmonico’s New Orleans which is great. This staff and guest desk could learn something about customer service.

    Good food and service but not the 5 star quality of food, service or surrounding one would expect. Tip - lobster mac and cheese is not worth the price. It was not very good at all.

    Food was ok very pricy Bathrooms were a disgrace Hi end Restaurant and your bathroom was a joke For the money spent you surely can afford to remodel your bathroom Will not come back too many other Steak houses in Vegas

    A very nice restaurant with good food options we tried the chicken, Bone in rib eye all were tender and juicy. I also had the gumbo it made me feel like I was in New Orleans.
