Crossroads at House of Blues - Las Vegas Ratings and Reviews
Dinner of last resort
Since this restaurant is actually in the House of Blues, I thought it would be convenient to eat where my concert was being hosted two hours later. I guess you could say it was convenient just because it was close, but in practical terms it was not really closer than any other restaurant in the hotel...30 second walk or four minute walk is not that much different. The food on the menu looked good, but of the four dishes we ordered two were cold, flavorless and generally poorly prepared....the other two were salads and they seemed hastily assembled and with cheap ingredients. As poor as the food was...the service was even worse. Slow to take our order, never refilled drinks or water, and very slow to deliver our order...and then it was COLD. Clearly they have serious staffing issues. Note this was during the dinner hour on a Saturday evening, so there was zero excuse for that beyond overall bad management. In short, I would NEVER consider eating here again. The prices were such that you could eat at several other vastly superior Mandalay Bay restaurants for approximately the same cost.
Decent Experience, Not on Par With Vegas Food
Decent food at a decent price, but not the foodie spot many other places are in Vegas.

Good value for Vegas
Fried Chicken was not very good at all, side of potatoes were similar to paste consistency. Drinks were good and my husband had decent ribs. The plus is that the food is ok and for the price for being in Mandalay Bay, it is a decent deal.
Pricey and noisy!
$60 for a salad, chicken wing appetizer, sweet potato fries and cornbread. Music was very loud - fine for a concert but not if u want to have a conversation. Waitress was very young and inexperienced - will not return!

3 of us had breakfast at Crossroads. 2 had omelettes, 1 had French toast. Food was good. Atmosphere was nice. It was not very crowded and was very quiet (probably since we were there for breakfast). No music or performances playing. Only some baseball games playing on various TV's around the room. Service was quite good, although my daughter ordered a smoothie in a to-go cup and they brought it in a glass serving cup, so she re-asked if she could get it in a to-go cup. They happily obliged, but the to-go cup was about 1/2 the size with no discount on the price of the item. Not a major issue, but a little disappointing for a $7.00 smoothie. We would go back back again.
Ribs were not up to our standards. We normally have ribs at Wood ranch or Lucilles. Your ribs were not as tender and i also found mine very fatty. Salad was excellent. Bob Adams
We went to breakfast here around 10 and the service was very good as was the food. it came out quick and the waitress checked back on us regularly. the one thing that was disappointing is that they had no blues music playing just some easy listening in the far background, could have been the casino.
Service was excellent
The service was excellent. The food was good after it was cooked a second time. Chicken was red mostly throughout
Our waiter seemed not very attentive. The jambalaya that I ordered was not good. The chicken and sausage were so overdone and dry that they lacked flavor, and were tough. It was as if this dish had been cooked in the morning, and kept over warmed all day. The added shrimp (at additional cost) was ok, but it was added to the dish.
Great meal great service
Great meal great service
not you average house of blues
Given that House of Blues has several locations, we expected a certain caliber of food. We were quite disappointed. On a visit to Orlando, the food was phenomenal and we expected the same. We tried house of blues for breakfast upon our arrival in Vegas and the food was great. However, we did not meet with the same success when we dined there for a Sunday lunch. The jambalaya was salty, the Caesar salad lettuce not as fresh as we'd expected, the pulled pork sandwich tasteless, and the wings dry and also tasteless. I'd expect better consistency, especially given that the meal cost $150+. I was keenly disappointed as were the other members of my party. Our server was good and the pina colada decent.
F---- Billy Idol
We went to Vegas from Phoenix to see the Billy Idol show. Strange and wonderful. He puts on a good to great show! I am 76 and my wife is 72. Would recommend you consider if you have an interest in punk rock. House of Blues food food was excellent but alcohol expensive for a whiskey drinker because they only special light beer and light beer is not beer folks. Feel the Bern.
the seasonal veggies were to die for

Good food, service was a bit slow but friendly. Entertainment was excellent and loud (the way I love it). Will definetly be going back the next time I am in Las Vegas.
Our server Jess was on top of everything! She made our experience better. Loved the blackened shrimp! Brunch menu looked enticing!
Awesome front seats to the stage performers as requested few hours before heading to this place. Love this place, friendly staff and timely manner on food services. We'll definitely be back here !
I enjoyed myself
Went to Vegas and had Crossroads because it was close to the Michael Jackson One show. I enjoyed the food and the prices were reasonable. The cornbread was amazing!
Music & Food Combo
We went here with friends for the first time using a Restaurant.com certificate. We enjoyed having late night entertainment over a meal. The food prices were a bit high so we were thankful for the discount. We would definitely return to enjoy appetizers rather than a full meal while they have performers on stage. Our server, J, was upbeat and made us feel relaxed. She's a gem.
I went to hear Joe Finkle & the 7/10 Splits!
Not only did I get to hear a great Rockabilly band play live on stage, I had a great meal with great service! We were also given free passes to go to the Foundation Room to enjoy complimentary champagne and a great view of The Las Vegas Strip. Be advised that the traffic in the parking garage on a Saturday night can be a nightmare! I recommend taking an Uber!
Nice Time Out
We decided to try out House of Blues - Crossroads for Mardi Gras. Once we arrived we opted to sit at the bar instead of a table. While the Mardi Gras festivities were lacking we received great service at the bar - even some beads and a complimentary cocktail. Our food was good, we were primarily there for drinks, but still ordered the basil and pesto flatbread - there were no leftovers which is a rarity for me!
Food and Service was wonderful! Friendly atmosphere! Delicious food. I hope to visit again soon.
Crossroad at the house of blues
they did not find my 'OPEN TABLE' reservation but gave me a table right away. We had the mahi mahi fish and the meal was very good with Californian chardonnay. I will be back
The food at this restaurant was fair. I had the Voodoo shrimp and the portion was small. The cornbread was hard. Everything was average. This is not a place I would have to go back to.
Fabulous food, fabulous atmosphere, fabulous time!
Great food, great entertainment....what else
Perfect venue for good food and live entertainment.....I'll be back
Place is outside of strip ; food OK ; little noisy ; very poor service unfortunately.
Nice to go out and was able to take my 16 year old other than Denny's. Menu options could have more variety but its decent.
HOB SPECIAL NIGHT

HOB Stop is a must.
Good food, good beer and other libation selections, and the ambiance makes for a fantastic night of dining or just hanging out and drinking coctails. Live music adds to the desire to stay...
Nice ambiance so, so on food
We arrived a bit early, but they seated us as soon as they could. Service was friendly and our waitress was knowledgable about the menu and gave suggestions. That was the best part of our visit. Good atmosphere and although we didn't stay for the live entertainment, the stage looked inviting and it is a nice intimate venue. Ordered the buttermilk fried chicken. No flavor. Chicken was rubbery and was not a high quality. $19.00 I kind of expected more. This was something I'd expect from the casino Buffett. My husband had the fish of the day which was swordfish. It was tough and dry. Not impressed for $23.00. Our son ordered a burger and it was good. Probably should stick to burgers for this place. Dessert was good. Triple chocolate cheesecake. Yummy!! Overall, not worth price, but atmosphere and nice service could save the overall visit and make it worth it.
Great and fun restaurant.
This is a fun place with great food and really good service. It is also moderately priced. Highly recommended.
Pays to complain
At first the hostess walked my husband and I to a large almost empty of guests room at the back of the restaurant and suggested we sit in huge booth for at least 8 people. When we objected she suggested a four top. We said we preferred to sit where there were other people. She said she had to ask the manager. He appeared and quickly reseated us at a nice table for 2 in main dining room. We had noticed as we walked thru originally that there appeared to be lots of open tables and there were. We were there for about an hour and a half and never saw them take anyone to the back again. The manager was very attentive and kept checking to make sure we were ok. Server was attentive and food was good.
Ate here before the Maroon 5 concert and thought the prices were good, food was good and service was very good. Manager came by the table to ensure all was good too; this doesnt happen enough in restaurants.
Soul food n' Blues
If you like blues n rock & great soul food this is the place for you. We liked the Lobster mac n cheese, the hot shrimp appetizer & house salad. Loved the energetic music that made our evening fun and satisfying. Our server Britanny was helpful in making choices and attentive.
Egg white burrito was great! Good service. Reasonable prices.
This place is consistant
Its a chain so the food is pretty consistent from one to the other. The burgers are decent, the appetizers we had were good. I recommend the Voodoo Shrimp....they were very good. The drinks are so so (we were there for a bar night with dinner). Everything seemed watered down.
